Hi Pearl. Enjoyed watching the prep for tiramisu. I am allergic to raw egg white with sugar. When heating the egg white would you say it is fully cooked or semi cooked. Please. Thank you

It will be fully cooked as it’s cooked for a while not just for minute or two, but if you are allergic to it then try recipes without eggs 🤔🙏🏽
