I always failed in relationship even before it started. The pain just feel endless especially at night time and there is a time i can't even sleep at all at night. So you're not alone, we're all on the same boat right now. What i'm trying to do is not thinking about past or future too much and just live at the moment, it help me ease a little bit. So yeah i hope you good luck and get through these hard times.

I totally feel with you, have been in the same situation lately as Im in the last year and there is a lot of work, and as you said It's best to stay present and focus on what you can do about the current situation, not focusing on what you don't control. But also there are these moments that happen during those hard periods and I just realize how all of it is fine, and how i've gotten through harder situations, and that even if something happens I will handle it with the same mental effort I have right now, so there is no reason to worry. I think all of us are going through the same thing, It's important to realize we always have the leverage of our actions, and our state. It brings back control into your own hands removing anxiety, overthinking and such.

I trust that this video popped up on my screen for a reason. This is such a raw and honest message to share. As well as everyone who has commented, I also feel identified with the fake sense of isolation or loneliness that comes up when we go through our own problems alone and have no one to share them with. Reminding ourselves that we're not the only ones who go through this is reassuring, but, to be completely honest, what offered me the most solace were your last lines. As you mentioned, being sad is acceptable, but giving up is not a choice. Giving up would mean quitting before the race ends, and what is the end, in reality? Isn't dead the "final end"? As long as we're alive, ideally, we'll always have something to strive for, something to figure out, something to better up... yet focusing too much on the result, on the after, on the future, usually, makes us lose sight of the present, what we already have accomplished and all we've walked through our own lane. I think that's also why we feel sad, because we unconsciously keep focusing on what's left to do, how far away what we want is, and we can feel hopeless, as if no matter what we do, it's never enough. Maybe taking little breaks, focusing on different things, and reconnecting with the present, while cherishing the past, can give us a fresher perspective to take a deep breath and see life again through a clearer lense. We'll get there, whatever that "there" means for us. But, in the meantime, we're "here", and here is good. Here is valuable too. Thank you for sharing this message and connecting so many people through empathy in our journeys. We're not alone. We never are.
@mixa266 ай бұрын
Damn i should've hired you to write a script for the video! I don't know who could've said it better. Regarding the end, I don't think there is one so we have to keep going and stay strong. It's hard at times, especially when we're feeling low but I'd rather chose the voluntary hard and improve then to chose the easy now hard regret latter. Really giving up is a weakness, making mistakes and not being able to do something is not. After all if you look into the nature you'll see everything worth takes hardship to achieve, you don't build muscle by sitting on the couch or start some business, job by being lazy. All that struggle makes magic, it pays off. Usually people quit because it takes time suffering patience. It's not an easy burden to bear really. I think the end is not the destination, the path is the destination, enjoying the adventures along the way. The man who loves walking will get further than the man who loves the place that walking will get him. It's also funny how we forget all that we've accomplished. I just finished some educational course which i started 2-3 months ago. I saw what i wrote that i wish to accomplish by this course and it's exactly what I have received. I totally forgot how I didn't know anything of the subject I was learning but now i excel in it and might end up getting a job in that field. Funny how that works huh. Thank you for the kind comment, we always have someone holding our back, sometimes its ourselves which makes us stronger and I think that is fascinating. :)
@wordsbylia_6 ай бұрын
@@mixa26 Thank you for such a thorough and thoughtful response! I agree with what you say. More often than not (if not always), nature shows us the principles of life. In this case, the fact of making some type of effort to obtain some type of reward or gain (whether that implies making mistakes or not in the processs). "The end is not the destination, the path is the destination." Such wise, true and beautiful words. By the way, congratulations on wrapping up that course successfully! It's such an amazing thing that you not only learnt something new from scratch, but also might be able to knock on some new doors and open up new opportunities for you in that field. I think what happened to you (the fact of "forgetting" of that goal and "normalizing" that accomplishment) is really common (it happened to me too when I was feeling "bored" or "meaningless" after graduating college, without realizing how much work, time and effort it took me to finishing up my career and getting to know what I know today), but it's so great that you're bringing awareness to it and choosing to remember and celebrate every small victory/win along your way. I also find that might be another reason to start documenting our life in some way, whether in private or public, to remind ourselves on the good and bad, to capture the journey, to appreciate the path we're in and everything we're learning and living in the process. I wish you lots of success, learning and growth in your way, but, more than anything, presence and connection to your journey. Once again, thank you for writing back such a thoughtful reply. :)

Thank you for this honest comment. One thing you grab along the way is that hardship is something that shapes us. There's was an experiment where trees grew in a safe environment protected from everything, once they've were brought to nature, the first harder wind broke and killed them. We become tough through pain and discomfort. We do not chose what happens around us, to our loved ones, to our homes, but we always stand in power of choosing how we respond. You have to stand strong for yourself, and those around you. No one can hold you upright remember this, not even motivation. You know what is good, and what you have to do so stop delaying it, and do it. Smile back at all the problems facing you and show life you're not giving up no matter what. A lot of people went through utterly painful events, those who came out as winner chose to do so. Be one of those heroes, be honorable. I wish you find strength to fight all that comes your way.

Hello Mixa. I rarely comment on videos but couldn't resist myself from sharing a comment on this video. I did not score good in my previous semester exams and unfortunately couldn't even evaluate where I had gone wrong. Tried working it out with a professor but that didn't help either. My final semester is not far and I don't know about which grad school I'll get admission in. Also unsure of the time required to establish myself in the career I have chosen for myself. I am still grinding but just not as hard as before. I do feel tired. I tried contacting my therapist but she seems busy. I found your video at the right time. It's not like I am not tired anymore but it feels comforting to know I am not the only one here. Thank you so much mate ❤
@mixa267 ай бұрын
Thank you for taking the time to leave this nice reply, glad my video is comforting, after all that's it's purpose :) I know it's easy to say but don't beat yourself up with doubt too much, I know it's overused but everything sorts itself out. Remind yourself how many times you suffered from thinking whether things will go alright and in the end it all goes how it should. After all even if something goes sideways you'll meet it with the same rational you have now and you'll act upon the things you can change rather than those you can't. So really after all these years I think my biggest part of growing up and "maturing" was acquiring this peace of mind. Although you have to actively think, you slowly lose this doubt. Show yourself you're trustworthy by giving it all on the things you can do, which is studying, practicing. Don't focus heavily on the result, sometimes it will be bad, but don't let that discourage you so that you drop that which you're doing. Try to figure out where you went wrong and fix it, if you fail again, that's fine do it again, and again. True success comes after many failures first don't forget that! And we don't always feel the best but that is totally okay, no need to force yourself to feel happy all the time, take your time to recover and keep your head up champ!

Don't overthink too much. Control the things you can and give it your best, don't think about the things you don't control. Don't compare yourself to others but focus on becoming better than yourself yesterday. Show yourself love not by words, but by actions. What I mean is do everything in your power, every day to come closer to your goals. Do the hard things and avoid instant gratifying, not constructive things (or be moderate at least).
