Hi,
This is Mrs. N. Sharmila Vinoth Kumar.
This is a blog about our weekend trip from Chennai to Tiruchendur. We planned to go to Tiruchendur on Thursday night and left on Saturday evening. :-) It was totally unplanned, yet very fulfilling (Thanks to Lord Muruga). It was hot and sunny in Tiruchendur on 21.11.2021 when we spent our time in the splendid seashore devotional destination. Since Chennai has been experiencing rains for nearly a month, it was a great relief to enjoy the sunshine and the warmth in Tiruchendur. Being a Sunday, the temple and seashore were very crowded.
Although the journey to Tiruchendur and back was tiring, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The travel was filled with rainy moments at many places.
I have shared simple travel tips that I usually follow during my travels out of Chennai. So, watch the video with the audio and let me know if you found the video and tips helpful.

Usually big temples will be open from 5 AM ... I think Tiruchendur is open till 12 or 12.30 in the afternoon..... But the queues are very long. So, you must go early
