Law of physics cannot be defeated by engineering.. so any safety features will not help. HID with proper alignment is much better than LED lights. Nowadays scooty comes with led light which gives no benefit but just harm to rider as well as fellow road users.

Barricade on National Highways is wrong, 7 years before I was behind a lorry from chennai to dindugal near samayapuram lorry was changing the lane, I thought he is giving way my foot on throttal more suddenly saw a Barricade in front of me emergency breaking. Cross Roads should be avoided vehicles crossing can be through left service road and enter in highway take lane change move right then U Turn. Speed blindness missed in your topic. Road marking 'continues marking' you shouldn't overtake in single lane Roads. One more experience Bus Stop on Bridge, pondicherry to chennai past melmaruvathur on high speed uphill on the bridge!!! Once climbed there was bus in front of me immediately sudden lane change to avoid collision, still that bus stop exists, Beware on Maduranthagam Bridge
