Remember, Turkish guns are typically tuned to their native ammo which is NATO ammo which is usually hotter. What that means is heavier springs and tighter extractor. On top of that a 1911 needs 400-500 rounds to break in to be 100% reliable.

I am newish to 1911s. My 1911 Ronin in 10mm DID need to be broken in.. And the Springfield extractor only lasted 1300 rds. WILSON Combat makes a great extractors.

I just broke in a Tisas 10mm night stalker. First I cleaned the rails of all oil with Alcohol. Took it to the range and shot 300rds thru it dry. It was rough, didn't work, threw brass on my head. Then I added a small amount of oil to the rails. Another 100rds. She started to purr like a pussycat. Ejection is good and the right direction. Took her home, cleaned it and oiled it correctly. ( not much) the slide is silky smooth. Everyone preaches 1911s need a break in. I proved it to myself.

sounds like the ammo. Some have a big fireball the whole mag and then a little underpowered round will pop up when you get the issue. Good shooting tho its pretty accurate at 20 still

I have the same gun for little over a year now haven’t had any problems with it only time is when I installed a Wilson recoil buff those blue rubber ones it would cause failure to extract and feed took it out and gun ran fine as is but to be fair the gun was still new so I think it was added pressure on the recoil spring send the gun back for repair it could be several things but not on a new gun shouldn’t be could be the feed ramp is out spec you could polish it with see if that fixes it if you don’t want to send it out to tisas

After using better quality mags didn’t have issues for 250 rounds
