I did a little bit of research about a good holster for this pistol and I found out the Tactical Duty lvl 2 and 3 used for the Springfield XD-M elite also fits this gun like a glove.

Thanks Russell, I had purchased the PX-9 and the PX-9 DUty, so because of your review, I just purchased the PX-9 Nightstalker as well. These are great firearms, and are well worth the price, which I feel is going to go up soon. Just too good of a pistol for the money. It outperforms many of my others and seems to be a good investment.

The quality is budget handguns is increasingly getting better. Their ability to run long term without breaking and the return/repair policies are concerns.

It might just be the fact budget guns are just increasing in price while "mid range" guns are also increasing in price to make it look this way. But yeah I'd say you're probably right tho

1:20. I wish 13x1LH was the common 9mm thread to avoid such possible catastrophe swapping 5.56 muzzle devices on 9mm chambers. Fortunately it’s what I use as my old Glock 19 threaded barrel is metric LH thread (and that barrel works in all generations of Glock 19/45/19x). As we’ve learned from .300BO danger noodles… “if it fits, someone will send it”.

I bought the PX9 Gen3 Duty and love it. It's basically the tactical with a 1/4" shorter barrel. Mine came in a pack with a Kydex holster included and the same two magazines. I mounted a dot on it and have been really loving it. I did swap the front filament to be orange, because I prefer that over the green that comes mounted. It's nice they provide you with extra light pipe in different colors to get what you want. My ONLY issue was that with the wider grip panels on the sides, the magazine kind of was dragging and didn't want to fall free unassisted. Probably nothing that a bit of sanding couldn't fix, but I preferred the feel without it anyway, so no issue for me. Best part was I picked it up on sale for $259.00 in December. It's a dead ringer at that price!!!!
@erdemli61 Жыл бұрын
If you attach the side grip panels without fully fitting them to rails, it causes the magazine to jam. Make sure the side grip panels are installed correctly and try again. You will see that the magazine fall free easily.

You don't need to get a custom holster for this. Buy a Phlster Floodlight holster. As long as you have an X300 or TLR1, it will fit virtually any handgun you have. Get it, use it, love it. I'm surprised you guys haven't heard of this.

They may be billed as Glock compatible sights, but good luck removing the front sight. It is NOT the same size as the Glock, and will thusly not be removed with the standard Glock tool. In fact, the screw head is larger than that of a Glock, offering no way to effectively remove it. I even reached out to SDS and they were of no help either. They couldn't even tell me what size it was and I suspect they didn't even know it was different than Glock. I really like the way the gun shoots but it irks me that something like this is allowed to happen. Another reason I'll always have one Glock in the house. Oh well.....

Picked up this model last year. It's a solid gun. I've found sds sells a 13lb recoil spring on their site. Going to give that a whirl soon. Also got a walther pdp pro sd. I want to mod them both out similarly and see how the px9 stacks up to a more "premium" gun.
@TruckCoast2 ай бұрын
Did you ever change out the spring? If so, do you like it better?
@doubledubs362 ай бұрын
@@TruckCoastso I've found that these special models already come with the lighter spring. I found out after I ordered the spring. The one I got from sds was worse than the one in the gun. It had issues going back into battery.
