As someone who's had years of shoulder pain from any sort of pronated lifting I just got the multi grip bar today and it's the most fun I've had bench pressing in a very long time. I couldn't stop. I will def use this for rows as well as curls and tricep extension. Highly recommend for anyone with shoulder issues.

Hear me out I love a straight bar but about 6 months ago I had a rotator cuff "scare" ( it ended up being a pinched nerve ) I had to take a while off benching all together. I spent about 9 months only doing bench due to seriously wanting to increase my bench I had never been able to bench more that 175. I was just about to hit 3 plates for 8 sets of 3. I switched to this bar after coming back and I can assure the doubters, for me at least it made my bench feel more natural and I was able to add weight because of it. Not back to what I was at but it has certainly hastened my recovery.

I’ve got the Kabuki Kadillac. My biggest complaint - I’ve got to lower my safety arms when using it. Not a huge deal until I forget to raise them back up. And I always remember that I didn’t raise them up as soon as the bar is on my chest…

Thanks for the video. Funny and informative as always. I have the Titan swiss bar with single knurled grip. I don't press huge amounts of weight, but it does help reduce shoulder pain.

I avoided that one because the arch nemesis can already hook up to your cables. How is it?

@@GlucksGym it’s heavy, so changing weight can be tricky but I like it. I do supersets from wide to narrow grip which makes it very useful. The only criticism I have is the loop used to attach to your pull down cable. It’s egg shaped but they welded it sideways which is annoying. I can email you a pick if you want to see it.

I had one of these bars without knurling, worst idea ever as mid set my palms would be sweaty. I ended up buying a more expensive bar with knurling, world of difference

I have the Titan Multi - Grip Camber Bar and I am hap look y with it. I like the versatility of it and for the price it's a win - win. Where I'm not winning is with it's size not be complementary with my rack. That just means might be time for a new rack. Any suggestions, and small detail I'm 6"7 so height is an issue but my ceiling is 12 feet high so no issues there.

Probably not going to mess with this bar. Titan is getting irritating in a thirsty, scammy way to me. Tons of spam email (yes titan I know what's in my inbox, thank you for spying). I'm noticing random price changes especially on sales. As in one of your other videos, I did have shavings inside a product from them. And some bugs. Also my collars were crap. I did buy a T2 rack after your review vid, and they had a sale (I researched it). This may be the last titan product. Ohhh if you want entertainment, buy one of their punching bags and see what it's stuffed with. Be prepared. That said, the one time I dealt with rogue fitness. Is was a month long F'n nightmare. Also I don't think rogue has the rep that it does, solely on equipment. There was tons of marketing, people in certain communities being brand snobs (we all know that person). Rogue has made some bad stuff. I'm a proud American, fought for my country. Buuuut nah I'm not going to support a company who has notoriously horrible customer service and also bad logistics.
