Had to grind off part of the top connection (reference 1:44 of video). Spread too far apart. Still works fine.

Where’d you buy them from on sale? I’ve been looking at them too.

Direct from palletforks.com. They are still on sale right now. I have no connection with them just so you know.

What is the purpose of the receiver hitch built into the frame?

It can be useful to move trailers around if need be when the backhoe is mounted.

Do the Titan forks allow for mounting the forks onto the frame upside down? I realize the safety concern here, but doing this would let you take a pallet off of a higher shelf.

I don't know, I would have to take a closer look as I have never thought about it or would attempt to do so.

It's looks like it could be possible. There are no notches on the bottom so no way to lock the tines down unless you cut some. The tines are way to heavy for me to want to try and confirm this for sure. I was lucky to get them on normal.
