whats your rack to storage and material ratio at each stage of the expansion? I see a lot of my guild members have lots of materials and few racks but I'm the opposite

If you add the enchants on it’s only going to add the value, it won’t make you twice the profit because you can’t count the original item value as profit

I didn’t mention it but if you add the surcharge it does, it’s not easy to surcharge every item you sell though

is it worth making the enchants yourself especially when the titan tower is up?

Depends on prices for components, generally t4 runestones cost more than the enchants are worth so it’s not worth it, t7 runestones can be worth depending on your ascends, t9 you need good ascends or the ability to make your own runestones for it to be worthwhile although rare crafts are worth a lot

There are lot of times where t4 are x1.5 the base price or less so if you buy it then and surcharge then you'd get more. T7 most of the times isn't worth buying for me but still there are times when its less than x2 the base value so you can get a little bit of profit. I do it for the xp

I ignore net worth.. I don't see the point tbh. Investment is way more important imo, so I sell on market and speed up crafting insted of surcharge. Same goes for enchants, I craft and sell it on market. Can't see how selling stuff in your shop will make you rich faster tbh. Unless you have a team with tricksters that feed you with items.
