I really did enjoy this episode. One of my low-key favorite aspects of the episode was Jason. Not sure if anyone else will agree with me on this but I felt the direction Curran took with Jason this episode was that he finally found himself. Compared to last season as Red Hood which was rightfully his year one of the character, in here you can see he's more sure of who he is. He's not a Titan & he's not Robin anymore; he's Red Hood the outlaw

I liked the episode! The acting felt very strong on all fronts. Joshua’s performance this episode (and this entire season really) was amazing. It totally makes you empathise with him and understand his way of thinking. I loved the scenes between Dick and Kory and the dynamic between Tim and Jason. 😍 Great review as always!

This episode proved that I need more bat family episodes!!!!! The scene where Tim helped Jason crack the code and then Jason trained him and then Jason was giving him advise and then he gave him the motorcycle and the Jason was talking to Dick and he said he’ll be a better robin than me, It had so many wholesome moments to it 😩😩🥹🥹🥹

You have to remember dick was trained by Batman to use fear as a weapon as seen in episode 8 he said painful memories are better to use because of his training with Bruce even though it was ultimately a good memory that brought starfire back

I also really enjoyed this episode. It was great seeing Jason back, not to mention Tim's Robin getting his training in order. I am SO SAD the Titans are ending. For all of its flaws, this was a well-executed, very well-acted and written show. I will miss it. I do hope Dick Grayson has a chance to shine in the last episode. Brenton Thwaites has mega-acting cred, and he faced multiple challenges bringing his character to life. I hope he and the rest of the crew each get their moments in the sun (no pun intended, Starfire). It has been a wild and crazy ride. Thumbs up from me, and kudos to the writers and stunt directors. Give me more of this talent - and I will tune in.

This episode is my favorite of the season it was great to see Jason well developed as red hood Jason, and Tim team up is something I've always wanted to see more of ,and it's already pretty rare in the comics so it great to see here love Tim Robin costumes look great I just wish it was a better written version of Tim also love Gar / Rachel moments this season though I do hope there will be a resolution for both of them in the finale ,and that it won't be swept under the rug. Is conner dead ? Will sebastian prevail as brother blood will Kori sacrifice herself to fulfill her vision ,and destiny. Sad we have only 1 more episode to go really going to miss this show, and character.

In Starfire's dream, to me it looked like that was her power in some type of containment. Like a metaphor for her only accessing/tapping into a small amount of her power, that she has a LOT more she can tap into but hasn't.

I agree that new Robin being able to fight so well is just very fast tracked and unbelievable, however you have to take into consideration that this entire season is filled with situations and scenes that don't make any sense, most likely written by people that have never actually read a Teen Titan book, So they just add and take away things that they think would be cool. I've grown to expect that. ..perhaps they'll bring back the "evil Ferris wheel", to electrocute and kill everyone, like it did to Wonder girl.

Enjoyable episode. Connor's had an interesting journey this season but glad to see him come back around. Joshua has had a lot to play with in the character and has done a great job. I especially like the display of his powers these last couple of eps. My favorite part here was definitely seeing Tim's debut as Robin. Dick's plan worked like a charm and was also a great way to catch up with Jason. As someone who wasn't a fan of where that character went last season, it was cool to see him in a different, more settled place and in a temporary mentor role no less. 100% agree that Tim's suit is DOPE. Hard to see folks disliking it but it's subjective. For me, the entire design is sick from the mask to the cape. I even like his bo staff. Haven't liked a Robin suit this much since Batman Forever.

I felt the same that it seemed a bit fast with Tim becoming Robin but it's not a dealbreaker. I feel like for for Dick he probably felt "ok.. sink or swim. if he's got it now is the time to prove it." And we can somewhat assume he's had more training than they showed on screen? 🤷‍♀ Either way, it's not like he over powered those thugs. he takes some punches. And also I'm sure the Robin suit gives him 10xs more confidence. When you look like Robin (a superhero) you just feel like a superhero.

Beast Boy: i hope we get to see him go through another rapid fire transformation montage similar to a few episodes ago. He could possibly travel through the red to grab other allies for help against Trigon. Dick Grayson: I know he'll lead them into battle. Might possibly die which will push Starfire to using her full powers. Starfire: She'll kill Sébastien (possible for killing Robin). I hope we get to see her fly and get to see her hair turn to fire and leave that contrail. Perhaps after killing Sébastien her powers make her unstable so she flies up and out of orbit. As her powers fully consume her. She becomes a "star" just before we see her energy dissipate into the cosmic background radiation. Possibly even having a quick scene of blackfire sitting on her throne crying out in anguish as she feels starfire's light go out. Raven: Shes going to go head to head with Trigon. I think shes going to absorb Brother Blood/MM's magic and use the "Azarath Metrion Zinthos" chant to wield all that magic to banish Trigon for good. Connor: I hope he is able to travel the world and find out who he is. Learning to be not solely Superman, Lex, or just an amalgamation of them. But Connor. Tim: probably take up the Robin mantle, go back to gotham and fight with Redhood. I really hope we get a "calling all titans" scene.

Boba I’m someone who has been just as critical if not more critical of the Flash Tv show and it’s writing, completely overwhelming corniness, bad production decision making, poor supporting cast, and just overall complete free fall in quality in the past 2-3 years…I would really like to see you review these past 2 (and upcoming 3 episodes) to close out the series. I must say, very surprisingly 9x9 and 9x10 have been such a breath of fresh air. The quality, the writing, the dialogue, the focus on Barry and the other interesting and original characters that we’ve been begging for for 2 years now. It felt like I was transported back to 2015 watching an episode of season 1 or 2. If the next 3 episodes are even close to what these last 2 were then they are worth watching and reviewing. Not only because theyre surprisingly good, but also because you, like me, have been a fan since the early days and I miss your in depth and sometimes critical perspective of a show that I used to really love. I’m hopeful for these last few…but I suggest that if you are going to do reviews, completely skip the entirety of season 9 until 9x9 because the first 8 episodes are some of the worst episodes we’ve ever gotten ( I think they just wrote them to save the all of the budget for the end and put rookie writers in charge because they really are awful). But yeah, let us know what you think about 9x9 through 9x13!

I really and truly hope they do something at the end where it shows where everybody is at the end of five years. I gotta be honest this show as a whole has disappointed me and much as Young Justice did. It wasn’t entirely about the writing but the didn’t help. I don’t want to turn this into a Young Justice rant too but I only follow this show after most episodes are dropped so I can binge it, but this episode gave me heavy Young Justice vibes where Dick is with 3 Roy Harpers (including the best one with a bazooka arm.

I believe Sebastian just doubts himself a lot. Where Rachel does not. So if he feels he lost his powers then he lost his powers (even tho he didn't). He's also inexperience with possessing such power. I don't think he really fully embraced it. Even with power he still getting told he's nothing and doubting himself. Lol.

i liked how mother mayhem ripped out that girl's heart and a gem appears, very simmilar to what happened to raven and trigon when he did the same and she got her gem. although i never really understood how raven didn't die but just got a power boost out of that while this girl did die.. like did they ever explain that with raven? i remember trigon saying 'her heart must break first' and he just rips it out and it disolves, turns into a gem that trigon sticks in her forehead ... and she still lives. if someone could explain to me that details please.

I loved the second Tim Drake fight scene. The choreography really showed his situational and special awareness when he was improvising with all the objects around him, and taking note from Jason Todd not to rely on his bow staff. Great example of show don’t tell to show off Tim’s growth as well as how he uses his intelligence in fights

This episode was great, but it really shows how much time they've wasted on fairly pointless things throughout the rest of the season. Every episode should have felt like this one in some capacity. Of course, instead of giving us any proper Robin-training with Tim before this episode (other than the handful of short "training" bits), they gave him the stupid romance subplot with Bernard that took up most of an entire episode. So much of the execution of this season has been very clumsy. Episode 11 really showcases the missed potential of the rest of the season. Gar's episode was really cool, but that terrible music choice towards the ends takes me totally out of the episode. This show has never fumbled it's music choices as badly as the couple picks this season. Really feels like completely different people made some of the choices this season.

I just wish Dick Grayson would button up his polos. He walks around looking very sloppy and he doesn’t give off “I’m in control of the situation” when he’s on screen like that. I love the character but Dick Grayson should have presence, not look so sloppy and half-dressed
