So far, this is the best episode in my opinion. So happy that Rachel has a suit now (even though it's the white version and I didn't get good look at it. Also I somehow ended up siding with Connor when he called everyone out, but he was still pretty rude about it.

Part one ended so STRONG I need part two ASAP! Joshua Orpin's acting range is top tier once again in this episode with Conner's Luthor side taking over. Bald head Conner is directly from the comics. Sebastian and Raven both embraced their new forms into the next level of their destinies....when Raven took her powers back from the Mayhem stone and transformed into White Raven her most powerful self from the comics, I was jaw dropped! Sebastian finally gave in to the blood ritual because he felt like the world wronged him. Gar's storyline picking up which I'm excited about. I guess this is how Gar ends up meeting Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl and Doom Patrol in the crossover maybe because of the Red he'll be able to travel through space and time, different earths maybe? I'm assuming Gar brought the other Titans through with him wherever they are now. Now Sebastian as Brother Blood is left behind to become even more dangerous. Seeing Dick choked up about the vision of him and Kori's daughter Mar'i Grayson when Kori brought the conversation up means that he actually feels that vision will come true despite the others.

When Jinx said not again when Mother Mayhem killed her, does that mean she died before and came back? Asking this because the way this show deals with death is pretty much like how death works in the comics. I wonder because Raven regained her powers, does that mean Jinx stays dead or will there a be moment in which both Raven and Jinx are need thus her coming back to life.

I saw the three flashback/church members as Mother Mayhem gets out in 2018(19?) and goes out to find her son. She learns about what happened to him and as an act of vengeance converts the main tormentors in his life so that they will serve under him once he rises. This accomplishes two things in her mind. 1. She gets to hand out what she believes is justice for her son and 2. more importantly she gets to show her son what she is willing to and able to do for him. It helps normalize the darkness within Sebastian and provides a twisted form of context for his upbringing and life.

Joseph Morgan plays excellent villains that have many layers ,and watching sebastian past was good way to reiterate that his being a villain isn't his own doing. Drinking the blood was one thing ,but being shown all of these memories to make him think a certain way was the reason for his action. I expect a power struggle because brother blood will have far more followers than mother mayhem which should put them both on a Collison course as the season wind down.

I think with Kory, her powers are magic based because of how they were brought out in season 3. I do believe that they are still heat based but they are also able to be used for magic since Tamaran had witches/priestis. With White Raven, there were many time's (in different adaptations) where she became that form and it wasn't for a changing the whole universe type reason. White Raven is also Rachel harmaizing and feeling at peace with who she is. I don't think this form will last though as Trigon is bound to come back now and she'll probably use it on him.

About Connor leaning into his dark side and Dick telling him they’ve all had to go through that as well. There is a therapeutic technique called shadow work where you’re supposed to face your own darkness so as to face the negative traits and desires in yourself in order to heal from trauma and accept your whole self. It’s interesting that has been explored in this show. I’m relatively new to this superhero tv/film genre and haven’t seen that before. I have in other genres though.

I have been reading a lot of reviews about Connor's switch up in character but he has always had this level of superiority/arrogance/impulsive from his first introduction but last season showed it and this season even more cause he thinks he is invincible. Not even Superman leaps into everything like that but I can give him leeway cause he hasn't grown up like everyone else but I still stand by my initial statement. Even Jinx stating Superman's issue with magic, Tim confirming and Mother Mayhem blasting/infecting him still didn't give him pause to reflect on jumping into things.

This season has been incredible. I really wished, if I was a newcomer I would have just skipped everything and just watch this season alone. Because the previous seasons were very inconsistent with writing, and I hated Ravens origin, I hated how they adopted her father's story and the CGI done on him

I feel that the 3 wernt plants but more that (and I include Sebastian in this) its the power of saying those 3 words can actually corrupt a person. We see Raven stop him from completing the 3 words last ep so feel that there is some serious corruption magic going on when said even accidentally. Believe the 3 were not plants but later turned by the church to help turn Sebastian. Don't think Jinx is dead due to her line "not again" so this has happened before. Gar somehow managed to pull the rest of the Titans with him in to the red to save them and that was part of his advice & precog powers so what he needed to do. Loved the Vixen and Animal man reference. Connor going bad was just brilliantly acted, tho feel given what Mahem said to him about embracing his impulsive dark side, will be the start of his coming back to the light side. An finally well done Titans for not showing Raven's comic Uniform previously, loved the aesthetics including the little v hood detail. And yes Boba. loved the GARilla comment, great teckers. Great review all round, bring on Doom patrol till we get the Titans back.

I pray every day that this series won’t get cancelled after this season. This has been great so far and this season has been a massive improvement over previous seasons and it’s much more focussed and feels much more like a Teen Titans show than before which was more of a Nightwing show. Don’t get me wrong Nightwing is amazing and my favorite character on the show easily, but the show balances all characters much better this season. It seems they’ve finally found their footing and I just hope we get at least one more season of this show.

I feel like the only big ehh moment this episode was none of the Star labs crew informing the titans that Conner just rushed out. Like you'd think seeing him just leave they'd go tell the titans. The whole blue magic shakara scene was also pretty non sensical and could've been avoided completely had the star labs employees come in and tell them where Conner was going and where mother Mayhem was hacking in from

It's a toss up between episode 5 and 6 as the best episode of the season for me. I still have little issuses - like, if we're finding out Kory has springboarded to using like 80% of her power, they could've atleast inserted a small moment between her and Mother Mayhem's fight scene that showed that. There was no indication at all. And I'm also confused with Jinx's dialogue with Mother Mayhem, like if the two had history before or had a previous interaction. But altogether - brilliant stuff. Love that WHITE RAVEN is here!

Connor's journey has been one of the more exciting in the series he faces an uphill battle as he comes to terms with which side to choose If conner does go full villain we might meet superman sooner rather than later assuming DC allows for his arrival in the titansverse.

I love this episode. Raven and Korey Combining their power to take on Mother mayhem, pretty cool. Raven Upgrade, beast boy upgrade, Connor, Dark-side, Sebastian elevation, Korey leveling up slowly, and Dick leader ship. feel like Titans- Hope Jinx isn’t dead and Korey and Dick get their happy ending.

The only positive of this season 4 of titans is that conner turned into lex Luther Jr. His edginess, his narcissistic personality, really brought back that dark evil feel of titans from season 2 and 3 , as for mother mayhem and her son could the producer come up with more of a less scary Villan for this season??
