What they had to do this year is to take out Kelly Murphy and bring back Nicole Fawcett, they also need to change setter. Carly Lloyd doesn't seem to have much connection with her middle attacker and Karsta Lowe, they instead should use Hancock and bring back Carlini to the line up. They can also bring back Destinee Hooker. For me, they are still the best team in the world despite the lapses last world championship, because as seen in this video (VNL), they are the strongest team defeating 95% of their opponents in just three straight sets including some of the bests like Serbia, Korea, China, Italy and Thailand. They did lost against Turkey in the pool round (2-3) and Serbia (1-3), but they won against their country rival Brazil (3-1) and made an absolute comeback in the Semis defeating Serbia (3-0). Turkey is also a team to watchout for because they're getting better and better every year also Dominican Republic and Germany. Nonetheless, USA is still the best Women's team for me as well as their Male counterparts.

On the men's side i think Poland would be the best team and the team to beat with the addition of Leon starting this year tho..

Jason W this is women’s volleyball man but I do agree with u in men’s volleyball team. Btw men’s tournament is more unpredictable than women so it’s gonna be tough.

USA is too prideful to "ask" Destinee Hooker back on the team. Honestly, the day Hooker is back on the team is when USA will start winning matches. Hooker is an exceptional player and it's a bummer seeing Murphy, Lowe, etc as opposites. What a waste. SMH.

Bringing back Destinee Hooker would probably gonna be a good match up with Egonu and Boskovic. They need an opposite who can attack better in the back row.

Not sure what you mean at anytime The USA has ABCD teams, meaning they always have back up. It is the coaching that needs to be changed.

Por qué al principio del torneo no traen a las estrellas principales, supongamos que las naciones más competentes tienes tres equipos en su mismo país como tipo a , b y c entonces cuando recién empieza el vnl llegan por lo general el equipo c de algunos países, de usa, turkey y Brazil, Russia Tailandia Japón y Korea siempre llegan las principales del equipo A pero de los demás casi siempre llegan los equipos C y B primero ya a partir de la semana 4 ya empiezan a llegar las principales estrellas de cada nación como china, Italia, Serbia etc. Por qué las semanas que más importan son de la 4 a la semana final así que es por eso que algunas de tus superestrellas favoritas no salen en los primeros juegos, digamos que por ser quien son tienen derecho a llegar tarde haha
