I've done similar, but the League Cup and the Championship in one season with Blackburn Rovers in FM23. It was a curse to be honest. Next season I got spanked around in Europe, didn't had squad depth to rotate, had to use youngsters and had an abysmal 11th in the Premier League and early exits from all other competitions. Not to mention "the sharks" swimming around my team constantly tempting my players away, keeping morale at lower levels.

Only the FA Cup winner gets Europa League. If Spurs qualify for the CL, the spot goes to a team below in the Premier League.
