So this is basically a NTSC speed version I presume :) It is much slower on PAL. But this is awesome work.

Not really. The PAL version of the game plays in that tempo when on a PAL hardware. If a NTSC version of the game is specifically played on a PAL hardware, it's much slower, as it was meant to be played on NTSC hardware.
