That bit about "fuck a duck" and the corrupted 7-year-old ragamuffin was hilarious. Also ragamuffins putting their heads in cauldrons. That howl of LAMENTATION when you allowed that family fork was almost as livid as your one against Gotham Chess. I laugh/winced. Never change Simon!! Cheers.

Always knew GM Williams, for like 10+ years, as the guy who plays the Dutch. So happy this content exists, but mad i've been missing out for so long, i've got some catching up to do. The narration of the thought process is very educational, and the uncertainty of positions is very relatable. I have become a fan for life, this is the most intriguing chess content i've come across.

While I have several courses, I am late to the party on these weekly tournament videos-but they have rapidly become absolutely required viewing. Tremendous fun of course, but watching these carefully-game and analysis-has made a significant difference in my tactical vision. And beyond that, has resulted in improved results and an even greater joy in playing the game. THANK YOU.

Comments on that 2nd game : I'm waaaaaay worst of a player than Simon, but isn't it a bad habit of his to put his pawns on the same colour as his bishop when he has bishop vs knight ? I've been noticing that these past few weeks and then he ends up in a drawn position or a position where the knight gets better and better.

Fun fact: in 2004, Magnus competed in the 2004 Reykjavik Open, when he was 14. He played none other than Gary Kasparov, two games. He drew Gary in the first game and dropped his queen in the second game 🤔😄
