I wasn't planning on buying one. But when is was getting 170 ball speed, 2300 spin with good launch on TM from GT4, my wallet opened up pretty quick. Never see that ball speed number on track man

This is the most salesy video thats been on this channel 😂. Makes you appreciate when Ross is doing the fittings and not forcing clubs on people. Still a good video none the less

In fairness Jack works for Titleist and his whole job is obviously to promote Titleist against the other brands and tell the tech story and sell the product. That’s his job. I have the luxury of being more impartial as I’m not wedded to any brand. Still good to have him down and tell the story of what they have tried to achieve within the new line of woods

I saw this driver today at a fitting with Ross, i have to say these are the most beautiful drivers i have ever seen, let alone the tech. If you are thinking about getting fitted, contact Ross you wont be disappointed.

Great looking and sounding drivers, I was at the open on the range watching Wyndham Clark hit it and it sounds great! I would be really interested to see a proper 30-50 shot each TSR3 v GT3 test, no offense to Jack its his job to promote but without him there and just pure data driven like your normal reviews/head to heads.
@curtchaffeeАй бұрын
I think it is really tough to switch between 3 different heads after 5 or 6 strikes and expect to be able to get strikes that will give a fair comparison of the qualities of each head. While an interesting watch, the best comparison would be to test each one per session and do a proper fitting with each to get the best out of the head. Then compare all of them. It is interesting to see some tour pros choosing the TSR2 and now GT2 over the 3 and 4's.

I have done a much more comprehensive tests of these heads now on the channel. And yeah I'm gaming the 2, lovely looking head

this rep is a SALEMAN!!!!!!!!!!! He came straight from his job on the car lot where he makes a lot of money :)
@Tubezilla2 ай бұрын
Exactly how I feel. Never trust a salesman
@epgolfstudios2 ай бұрын
He's not, he's a rep 😂 he doesn't actually sell anything, but yes it is his job to promote the product that his company sells, it's what he gets paid to do. Then I'm technically the salesman, although I'm a pretty shit one.

I have seen on previous fitting you remove the weight from the back of the tsr3…. For you what will this do for launch,spin and stability?

If the TSR came out later than this new Gt3 , it would’ve been all hype on the TSR ..
@wardman76552 ай бұрын
Thx! I would love to see someone change the wieghts fro 11-3 to 9-5, 7-7 and see what happens. I'm a high spin player, looking at the 9-5 setting right now for about 2400 spin. GT3 and GT2 did not work for me.

Thank for you making an up-to-date comparassion with TSR. Im sick of reviews telling me its a great driver, when TSR was a great driver. Useless without any compare.
@epgolfstudios3 ай бұрын
Yeah and this wasn’t really a great compare if I’m honest. I had very limited time and limited shots so I will do a better and more fair comparison
@markshepherd27793 ай бұрын
Great review. There is only one thing that turns me off about Titleist fairways and drivers is that they are very shiny and that's a problem in a sunny place like Australia and Asia. I have a TSR2 3 wood and I really want to get the wet and dry on to it to make it a matt black. The other thing about matt black is it looks modern.

One thing has not changed with Titleist drivers over the years and numerous iterations. They still spin a ton.
@epgolfstudios2 ай бұрын
They aren't the very lowest spin I'd say the GT3 is definitely lower spin than the TSR3 as I've filed a head to head and it's coming soon. Also we will do some low spin drive comparison as I don't think it will be that far off the other low spin drivers now 👌
@nealfreeman013 ай бұрын
$650+ US, is it that much better than a Cally or TM for the savings? Seems like Titleist is a little too proud of what they have. I guess they will still be the 4th-5th option out there.

In my opinion driver performance flatlined many years ago. I don't need to hear how I am subsidising thousands of pounds worth of research for an alleged 1/2 mph increase in ball speed. Now that's off my chest the fitting sessions on this channel are second to none 😊
@epgolfstudios3 ай бұрын
That's the game unfortunately. They all need to keep doing this to be able to bring out new products and stay in the race. I guess they could just stop making products and go out of business 🤷😂 glad you enjoy the fitting content 👍
