13:52 "I just creampied a Tour Response Ball" is absolutely crazy work

@@User-1987-w9z sorry you need to give me more than this, I don't understand what you are trying to say. What you mean crazy work ? 😅

Hi Lewis. I've been using the tour response a lot recently and agree with you. Good review, love the lack of trackman data. It doesn't mean that much to us mere mortals.👍
@GOLFDAYS5 ай бұрын
@@jimbarrie7094 thanks for for watching my friend, thanks for the kind words. I agree sometimes we get so caught up with numbers which don't actually relate to us golfers. Cheers 🙌

I prefer Q Star Tour divide. Stops on tge green clover to a pro v1X or chrome tour X and probably gets a fewvyard further thsn the TR. I play it in the winter, and appreciate it, especially in the wind
@GOLFDAYSАй бұрын
@@gcoffey223 thanks for the info, I might give them a go as not the first time the q star mentioned 👌
@gcoffey223Ай бұрын
@GOLFDAYS If you don't, and you can get them, the Divide (orange/yellow easiest to find) has a matte finish. I have heard and believe it that the matte finish helps the ball stick to the green better. The stopping power on those balls is real. Either way, a TR vs QST would be something I bet your channel woukd really enjoy. Thanks for the comment. I enjoy your channel

@gcoffey223 ok sweet might put them up against eachother. Cheers mate ✌️

Nice review. The TR is definitely a great ball at an affordable price. I’d be interested to see what you think of the Srixon Q star tour. It’s a budget urethane ball at a similar price. Thanks
@GOLFDAYS5 ай бұрын
Thanks mate. I just can't see any ball beating it's results.. thanks for watching, unlike to do light hearted videos that people enjoy.. I could look to give that a go the srixon 👌

I like this type of review, sometimes data data data is all that’s shown. Play a few holes and just see how they feel on good and bad shots, as an average handicapper that’s all that really counts 👍

@@benhoward2 absolutely mate. Glad you liked it. Just get a real feel for them on the course 👌

I currently play the speedsoft and I am thinking about upgrading to the tour response or TP5
@GOLFDAYS4 ай бұрын
i havent ever tried them but i know the tour response would be a step up for sure as you will get more greenside spin and hold the greens rather than run off. they will feel softer too👌

Leggato have a prov1 challenger for £30 . I have played both . I think maybe the Tour Response is a bit shorter but I agree is nicer to hit somehow feels lighter ?
@GOLFDAYS2 ай бұрын
@@adrianlovett3483 what's that you mentioned? Challenger? At the moment I haven't found a ball better than the tour response for price and performance. Always open to suggestions though ✌️

I don't think my swing is consistent enough to blame the ball, I play the TM speedsoft because it feels nice and is not too expensive when I say goodbye to it after one shot 😅

@@highhcplowhope fair comment mate, 😅 I still lose balls now. Haven't tried them yet
@highhcplowhope5 ай бұрын
@@GOLFDAYS I like them but as an older guy I don't have a high swing speed. Only £25 a dozen so relatively cheap.

I think it’s marketed as the best ball but at the end of the day to is a 3 piece ball the Pro V1. Do you not like the feel of the TP5?

i have done another test comparison between tp5 and tour response.

I currently use the Srixon Ad333 and this works for me, it’s hard to move away from a ball when it’s all you have used ⛳️ Also how are your Geoleap grips holding up 😀

Mate find a ball like and stick with it. It is nice to experiment at times though 👍 Geo leap are only on the wedges and still going strong. 👌

About the 100 yard shot. You hit the first shot clean and second one not very clean. Just saying that if you want to find out differences between two balls, hit more than just a one shot.
@GOLFDAYS5 ай бұрын
@@jannekoskinen2050 thanks for the feedback mate, will take it all on board. It was more a light-hearted test between the two, I think also this shows exactly why buying pro v1 balls is not worth it because we aren't going to hit the shots every time to get the benefits from that ball.

You loose more money with the V1 when it vanishes OB😂 I have a couple of V1’s that I’ve found along the way so will compare them to my current ball being the Srixon AD333 and like yourself I never notice a big difference when comparing balls as I’m a high handicap. The biggest difference to me is off the putter
@GOLFDAYS5 ай бұрын
@@johnp6987 haha very true 😅 Yeah the feel off the putter could be quite crucial
