I once used "the one where (character) goes feral" as a working title... The funny thing is, the fic that's REALLY about that character going feral is a completely different fic I wrote much later. But I hadn't planned that fic at the time I wrote the first one, the character does go feral at one point, and I had a title in mind for the second one from the start. In general I use that kind of format for my working titles - "the one where (character) (does something)". My finished titles are almost exclusively song lyrics. I have no regrets nor shame.

To Boscha, Hunter would've already ruined his social life by being friends. (or more) with Willow, so she would see him as an easy target for that alone. She'd also see him as a weakling in terms of magic. Boscha would totally bully him. Hunter already doesn't care much about himself but cares so deeplh about Willow, and once hearing about what Boscha has done to her he'd be MAD. I write in the notes app on my iPad (don’t judge) for most of my fics when they’re more scenes of a concept than a story with plot (there are a lot of these). The notes generally have two titles, one that’s descriptive of the general vibe, and one which is more informative including stuff along the lines of fandom+au/pairing/where it sits in canon. Descriptive titles have included “I can’t believe I’m actually writing this” “this just needs to get out of my brain” “why?” “[show] is apparently fic inspiring” and “au of the au of the au”.
