What's amazing is how this show never ceases to be funny, but hit the nail of an important issue at the same time. The part about Titus being a white knight or just a white guy...Too often girls wait for a prince to save them, when they should be handling their own problems and finding their strength within. Well done, Titus.

The show got cancelled because Fox wanted to break Erin and Titus apart permanently, because Dharma and Greg did something similiar at the same time. Titus refused, promotion and support dropped. So the show inevitably ended.

typicly a show has to go 100 episodes to go into syndication and in this case Titus didnt even make it to 55 let alone 100, we all know how f'd up fox is with how they fun theyre channels. i rather have the show on dvd anyway, commercial free and has bonus content

i bought the whole series on dvd and i love it, shame it only did around 53 episodes, theyre all great!..also FOX CANCELLED the show due to it getting darker and more controversial in the light of 9/11

It got canceled because Titus flipped out on the network president when she told him that the 2 main characters had to break up because Darma and Gregg had done so and their ratings skyrocketed. Christopher didn’t agree and gave the Fox president a piece of his mind. After that all promotion for the show ended and the show was bounced around to various time slots until it was on at like 3AM Sunday morning. Then at the very last minute on the day they had to decide to keep the show they canceled it. Titus talks about it in Love is Evol. There were talks that the show was going to be revieved a few years ago, with it more based off of Neverlution and Voice in My Head, after Titus and Erin divorced and Ken Titus dieing but it got stuck in production hell and ultimately fell through. The official reason given was lack of funding. Ironically it was going air on Fox.

its sad really fox had a chance to have quality programming i mean friday nights and sunday nights they had this huge lineup that i would stay up late when i was younger to watch including titus....now not so much sad part is ytv up here in canada is doing the same thing they had an awesome late night friday anime lineup but then decided that it would be better to show a different type of shows and put it on saturday instead god the worlds becoming a screwed up place
