I was listening Friday afternoon to 97.1. I really enjoyed the high detail TJ brought to the conversation. Blitz, blitz, blitz, put the pressure on Darnold and prevent the play action pass! I predict a Bates FG as time expires to win 38-37

I've been a Lions fan for 50 years. So, I grew accustomed to losing. Sunday night is huge, but it's still not a playoff game. I'm hopeful, but the season is not over if Detroit loses.

Do you know what the difference is between a blowout and the closer win against SF last week? Penalties. We had three stops last week, including an end zone INT overturned by defensive penalties, two of them pre-snap procedurals, one an obvious hold on an incomplete pass. We limit them to 20 points without the mental errors.

Man, this D misses Anzalone. His playmaking, sure, but to me it's how many plays he gets in the way, slows things down, and kinda messes with paths of intention, like a lot. He's got an eye for that kind of thing and the Lions D has not moved and reacted the same since he got hurt
