jimmy rodrigues Highway cruising with a good tune it was pretty good for me, 25mpg compared to my normal 30-32. Mixed driving with pulls mixed in I was around 17mpg vs my normal 24. On my car personally it was close cost wise, but the range was so much shorter it was a hassle. Can't wait to have a proper Flex setup

My mistake, when i said 25% i was going by Energy Density. Idk how TJs tune is set, but given that he is running a blower with reasonable boost levels, he shouldn't be running rich as it's just a waste of fuel. Running rich is for running a turbo with high boost and lots of timing. Going by Max power lean values (8.46 - 13.23)/13.23 = 36%. He paid 31% more for 91, so all in all the difference is negligible.

need an oil cooler cuz the oil temps gonna rise up faster when your drifting and an oil catch tank cuz inline 6 creates alot of blowby at high boost. you dont want that going back to the head it will destroy your motor. last you need a flame thrower in the exhaust it will look sick with the neon lights

duuuuude...110% get a billet timing tensioner. you might as well change out the timing belt and tensioner bracket. the stock ones are susceptible to breaking. also im assuming you going single turbo so make sure you have the fabricator plug the unneeded coolant passages in the upper water neck and on the coolant tube.

Yup people really don't grasp the cost to do swaps or even mods in general. They just look at the motor and trans cost and think that's it. It's sooooo much more. Also they don't grasp the time frame either. Hence when you said it would take you 2 weeks to do yours I laughed. Even once you have all your parts you'll run into issues, need more stuff, etc it will always costs 3x what you thought originally and take 3x as long.

You need to replace the oil pump, timing belt and tensioner on that 2jz. Some would say you need to replace the head gasket, valve cover gaskets, valve stem Seals, clean injectors for and cam seal gaskets as well. You need to remember that motor could be 15 years old.

Something you need to keep in mind with R888 is that the tire width numbers doesn't match your contact patch so your 265 fronts are actually like a 295. That would help with fitment

Why does TJ think the fitment is perfect? The fronts are perfect but the back wheels don't match the front at all with the fronts flush fitment while the back has that ugly "inside the fender" look. Widen the back wheels with some spacers or something
