Tjl how did you deal with your injury as a Hooper cuz this is my first one and it's kind of getting to me

You gotta look at is as a chance to get better in other areas. Use that time to evaluate and come back working smarter. Study film, and do everything else in your power to still improve physically and mentally. It’s only short term and before you know it you’ll be back on the court so don’t waste the time

What if the half court I have belongs to my church and the leadership is cool with me renting and running the business. What are somethings to consider?

When opening your gym, is it better to save up and use your own money or acquiring a business loan?
@tjltraining5 ай бұрын
Depends on your situation and business model, one might be better depending on your situation but even if you take a loan you should have the cash on hand
