Another excellent TK Friday edit Dave. I really like the application of the Orton Effect to enhance the mist. Many thanks.

Thanks Dave! Would love to see some TK tutorials in future for advanced users, e.g. blending exposure series and combining TK Actions with other plugins like the Nik Collection.

Nice edit Dave. I really like the double curves adjustment layers with gradients to close-off the top and bottom of the photo.

Thank you Dave for editing my foto. As always on friday I‘ve learned a lot, especially concerning the way to close up the bottom and the top of the image. I like very much the the way you use the orton effect to bring out the misty areas in the water.

Lots of subtle adjustments in the end make a big difference - well done. It would have been interesting to open the image as a smart object in PS, then using ACR try to remove the reflection of the sky in the water.

Hello Dave! That is a beautiful shot, kudos to the photographer. Your edit was very subtle but very nice; like you said: it didn't need much editing. Having said that, I enjoy the way you always tweak the images you present every Friday and get the best out of them. TK9 is such a wonderful tool.

Do you have any idea why Dave Tillet's PS Actions don't work. I get a message saying they won't play.
@thejoyofeditingwithdavekellyКүн бұрын
I think you may be running David Tillett's actions from your "TK My Actions Panels". Actions that were made incorporating "TK Button Clicks, like David Tillett's actions, will only run from Photoshop Actions.
@datstheone1Күн бұрын
Earlier reply got lost. Usual reason for this is that not all the action sets have been installed or they have been renamed so Close Panels action is not installed or not in expected place. There has also been a situation where the Photoshop Actions Panel has got corrupted in some way. Needs to be reset and then all actions, including others that you have, reloaded. Contact me by clicking on "contact me" link in the introduction of the PDF that comes with the actions if you need more information. Dave, trying to run an action with TK button clicks from My Actions just stops dead with no error message, so not that.
