Hi guys I wanted to add a combo here for the launcher f2,d1,2. I find it difficult myself to find the timing for the follow up 4 consistenlty. After tinkering a little i found a combo that has a much lower execution barrier for just one less of damage. f2,d1,2,df2,1,df4,3,b1,2,WR2,fff2+4. If you are a begginer and you find the WR2 part difficult you can skip it and just do the powerbomb EDIT: By the way sorry for my manners. Excellent video!!! Thank you so much for this!!

you can simply follow-up with df4,3 > f,f3 > b1,2 combo route for better damage. that's why I said combo routes are interchangeable. yes even if they are not mentioned as alternative launchers

@@Yanniintttt you do realize that it's more of a showpiece, none of the heat combos are recommended imo because you get diminishing returns. Using heat smash is way better than doing heat dash with king, I think I mentioned this in the video but if I haven't then, simple advice is that never use heat dash combos with king.

You can't complete a run input during a normal. So you need to wait to do the last neutral to forward input after your jab has recovered. You also need to make sure you don't do too many forwards because that will take you out of run state. Edit: You also don't need to be that fast if your run input is precise but it isn't trivially slow.

Make sure you’re as close as you can possibly be to the opponents’ hitbox/body when you hit the jab, that way they won’t fly too far away

Great combo video as always Just a thing: 8:49 uf3+4 isn´t guaranteed after f1+2, it only works if they wake up (u or b, both of them) 9:10 db3 ch same for the uf3+4 there

Do you have combo suggestions for when King is BT after floor break? E.g. after floor break with Muscle Buster? The only consistent one I have so far is BT2 , 2, 1 , b1, 2 into ender (ss 3+4 or f2,d1,2 for wall carry)

Cool guide although I have problems with ff3 and fff*2 before SW, with ff3 I can't figure timing and I drop combo a lot and with fff*2 I can't do SW after input. Any tips?

something that I do to make SW work after fff*2 is I mash foward really fast and once I see him do the run animation I do 2+4 to finish it off, it sounds weird in hindsight but once you see it, it might make sense to you

there needs to be a explained brake down of how to do the "while running into 2 into power bomb" combo ender. its super hard to figure out how to buffer or correctly input the ender and combo guides just show the combo. they dont explain the complexity or timing of how to do it. cant find an explanation anywhere and ive been trying to get this combo down. its very difficult. Great guide other than that.

This is my first tekken game and i started maining king because he feelt somewhat easy, but after hitting red ranks i honestly dont know what to do, i feel like im going backwards and forgetting everything i learned, how do i fix this? Is spending more time in practice gonna help me? I honestly feel like im hitting bock rottom. Suddenly i cant even do anything

If i were you, i would watch guides on learning the characters as a last resort. But if you have tekken friends that understand a certain character well, you can ask them or even spar with them

In the 2:45 combo. Why do you move forward before input 4?

it makes combo more consistent, it covers the precise amount of distance and adds enough delay to make 4 hit. doing a dash by pressing f,f will make some routes inconsistent so single forward input is the best option. apparently none of the king mains knew it so I tried to show it multiple times but as always it's not required.
