TLA Attacked at Inner London Crown Court - Part 1

Hi Guys
Here is part one of my visit to Southwark where I went to Southwark Police Station with no issues.
Then of to Southwark Job Centre Plus with no Issues
And finally just as I was about to wrap up at Inner London Crown Court all hell breaks loose and I'm attacked by 3 security guards from the court.
I won't spoil what happens in part 2 but you don't want to miss how this one ends I've included a clue in the thumbnail. I did decide to split it into 2 parts purely due to the length if it was in 1 video.

CROWN COURT SECURITY BROKE THE LAW AND NEED TO BE PUNISHED. The problem seems to be that these men are ignorant of British law and act with violence as is normal in another country. THE POLICE WANT TO CLAMP DOWN ON THIS BEHAVIER.

That is the problem they don't seem to want to clamp down on this behavior. I have dash cam footage of a guy, caught onsite, that owns a security company and is also a part time copper, with tools just stolen from the property stacked on his pickup. Police refuse to prosecute. After all it would be a shame to destroy his life with a criminal conviction now wouldn't it? Said no one ever!

26:22 Nope. It's not a crime to go into a court building and video or take photographs. What is a criminal offence is to take pictures or video of *people* in a court building, or entering or exiting a court. Specifically people involved in a court case. So judges, barristers, solicitors, witnesses, defendants, plaintiffs, and juries. Security guards are not involved in a court case when they are at work, so they can be filmed or photographed.

And extra note. It's the intent to publish that is the actual crime. Taking photos for personal record keeping purposes is not a criminal offence.

Bit of useless information. Court artists can't make their sketches in court. They can't even doodle or draw anything in court to use later. Everything they draw must be done from memory after they've left the court.

A very smart jidge once said, "not only must justice be done, it must also seen to be done". How is that even possible when you can not film it, all court procceding should be aired on a public channel, This could be live if ok or after court procceds have finished if there is some reason to deay it.

I've just come to this audit from seeing Marti's latest upload from Liverpool...its all going on...press charges on that African at the end did you see how he flipped the barrier over he was up for action. They did also receive a visit from AY and co a couple of months ago and it got moody too.

Generally speaking the average Brit doesn't want a shitty job in Security due to low wages, long hours, zero hour contracts, no long term job stability, increase in overall violence. The man clearly gave his consent to be recorded and then proceeded to open his own mouth knowing he was being recorded. Zero blame on TLA. If what you suggest might happen happens, it's on the man who consented and spoke not the man holding the camera and posting his content. @@higginswell95 Look mate, I'm not a bootlicker by any description, I watch a few audit videos now and then from different channels and I completely agree that they can expose bad eggs in the Police and security companies etc - Infact I think auditing, done well, puts more onus on those in uniform to do their job properly and not overstep the line. However, TLA brings shame to people who do audits as a whole. The whole thing about standing up against authority and sticking it to the man, I can understand, I'm sure lots of people can. It's the attitude and way he carries himself that ruins it. I think it's because he's created this persona of someone who 'always has the last laugh' and so on, which just makes him come across as a massive prick. You don't have to antagonise people to get content, other auditors don't do this and they get lots of views. When people do push back, he reminds me of an angry child who can't grasp the concept that it's another person he's facing and people have emotions and limits, uniform or not. Would you prefer that everyone in these positions acted like automatons?

Whether or not this incident amounts to assault or use of reasonable force is a matter for the courts. The incident was unnecessarily escalated by that one guard who could have taken lesser measures.

It could be argued that reasonable force was used to remove him. As he resisted the use of reasonable force it technically could be construed that TLA committed an assault on the security guard.

Crown Court rules are different to magitrates. You cannot film on the precincts of the court which is all their property.
