If you hadn’t noticed there was a two year gap before she started seeing that other man, at 6:02 2years and one month later she talks about being together for a month so that means she waited two years roughly before getting into a serious relationship. Which is not bad the majority of people from what studies say people take roughly 6 months to get over someone and sometimes longer depending on how much that person meant to you..

Actually, that husband had been with her through thick and thin. He is wiping her ass. All of his hard works should NOT be forgotten and erased and replaced with the word 'Cheater'. Lupe should be at least grateful for all the hardships he went through for her care. It's Lupe who was using him. Once she lost weight and able to take care of herself, she dumped him. Until then she stayed with him knowing about him cheating.

One of the things in the video that I saw Lupe do was exercising using movement of her arms with small dumb-bells -even though she was laying down. Which I think more weight loss candidates should constantly do movements activities even though they are laying down. Constant movement even if just waving their arms in circular patterns is better than laying there as a statue. It would also be more of a change of mental state because they would be doing something toward their goal which they can actually do in that direction. Later as the pounds come off, adhering to Dr. Now's diet plan, they will be able to stand and expand their exercising. But initially do what they can - i.e. movement of arms, hands.

Iono. I feel empathy for them both. He was candid about his sexual suppression (possibly not having other needs met by his wife) after caretaking for so long, and it drove him to drink and cheat. Meanwhile, she’s dealing with someone who broke a vow (through sickness and in health), however, as with any addiction, she also seems to have gotten to a point where her object of addiction was the center of her life. I’ve often thought that dealing with someone with an addiction feels like dealing with someone in an affair- it’s just not with a person. Addiction is hard on the addicted and extraordinarily hard on partners/anyone taking care of that person. Now did he and the people around her enable her by bringing her huge portions of food when she wanted, it appears so. Would I have left him? Absolutely. It was obvious that, just like her, he started getting in a bad place mentally, which was possibly directly related to coping with his life with her. He was wrong for all his self-indulgent actions in the end. Period. But all in all, how can I vilify just him? Both people’s choices and actions harmed one another. Both people had MAJOR issues with self control. Both became focused on how to get their physically needs met to the detriment of their health, physically, emotionally, and/or relationally. Both could no longer truly take care of one another- he couldn’t emotionally take care of her and she couldn’t physically (which led into emotionally) take care of him. Even in her talk about this next relationship she focused on how she herself is taken care of versus them taking care of each other. Iono. I hope both her and her ex are continuing to invest in their health and are on a path to emotional and mental healing. ❤️‍🩹

My son’s ex wife has been married 5 times! Within 2 weeks of leaving my son and talking about getting back together, she was moving in with her ‘soul mate’. I assume he’ll be husband number 6. Ugh, some people just can’t be alone. And with all the loose skin and the weight loss, she probably felt if he told her that he cared, then she should jump into it head first. I’ve lost 200 pounds and the loose skin is driving me crazy. I couldn’t even imagine trying to date with it though. Thank God my husband is around for me. We’ve been together for 21 years.

Most of these type of relationships need extensive therapy if they plan to stay after the weight loss. Like it should be just as important as exercising/check ups bc however the relationship started is completely gone by this point.
