No she is not naked. She's wearing custom made underwear and a specialized bra. Nothing would be shown if the towel fell off. Disney was wel aware that many young children would be in the audience every night. The costume designers made certain Sierra would be covered at all times. If you take a close look at the pictures of her on google, you can clearly see the fabric on her covering the private areas.

Oh i am so jelouse you got ot see it ! especially with Sierra in it , Actually the new girl playing Ariel noe is Chelsea Morgan Stock, who actually played one of Ariels sisters, and was also Sierras understudy. I am SOO sad Sierra is gone now (she went to do Music in the Air) to me Sierra will ALWAYS be Ariel. Chelsea does a good job and all, but shes not at good as being Ariel like Sierra. I wish I had gotten to see it with the origional cast!
