Vk, Thanks (checked ur site grab it when you can, but test underwater, antennas are a must multli, m-specific,(both omni) and a yagi m-specific, and a Rat tail (DIY) ) 1. Yes im going to do a Review based on actual use of it. That should be coming soon. Ill post a link on the description. (mine is going back today for replacement) USB least effecient use of juice. so no option on that better to use lipo pack or 8aa=12v adapter from RS. laptop is harder to get juic to charge than other gear

@ViolentKisses87 no usb port . But you can use the rt cable. wish it was live link to a pc radio interface. they could but wont..

@PatagoniaTrekkerHam Battery sucks for real world use. (as a scanner battery its great) but its good for the size. (grab a big one or wire up a AA adapter to a Larger Battery pack( dont use the DC jack on the side to power it (it just allows to break later) ya few things id change. but nothing comes to mind at moment..

@PatagoniaTrekkerHam it comes with the Mini battery i gues you would call it. i say its good for what it is.. get a spare if outside.

@bely4444 MSRP if $540. But I've never seen it anywhere near that high of a price. Usually in the high 300's. I don't think they make them in Japan.
