6:28 why assume it's not reverse fault, how can you tell it's not the right side that rose up above the ground ?

No assumptions. Take your time to find the matching layers.. if the hanging wall is higher, then it is reverse. On the other hand if the foot wall is higher, then it is a normal fault. In this case, the right hand side (the foot wall) is higher indicating that the entire system has lengthened.
