I'm an actual BNSF conductor in the Chicago division and we get grain trains like this in polo, il. It'll sometimes be 130 to 150 cars and we'll run it back to my home terminal in Aurora 1x2 (Meaning the 1 on the head end and two as DPU Helper engines). Then we'll get to Eola/Aurora yard via the Aurora subdivision and flip it to 2x1 and a Galesburg crew will get it and run it down to Galesburg via the Mendota sub until it reaches it's final destination in Texas. So trains like this are normal to me. However, i do have the train sim games and there would be some serious problems running them the way they're done on here.

Btw there’s a radio looking thing on the left side above the controls which has a “banking comm” button. It’s good to enable this so your locos at the front can communicate with the locos at the back so that the 3 locos at the back also help you.

Pretty cool! In real life, Engineers use Dynamic Brakes first because it's instant. Train brakes are used to supplement if DB aren't slowing the train down enough. They start with "Minimum reduction" and see how it goes. Once it starts slowing down, they may go to full release and try controlling with just DBs. It's an art to manage the slack action. Very easy to jack-knife or pull apart a train. You have to visualize and feel what the train is doing and anticipate curves and hills. Not as easy as it looks. Gives an idea of the real thing. Great job!
