Here are some useful tips, hand wash over going to the gas station as you get XP for it. You can also wash cars in the neighborhood or car market. Expertise isnt really worth it right now, always bargain. Some good cars to start flipping are mustangs, supras, Mercedes coupe. Then you can start getting the porchse, fiat rally, ferrari, lambo, R8. Always repair the vehicles, and if it says paint condition you can paint the single parts to save money. They just release a roadmap for updates making bigger dealerships, racing wagers for money and pink slips, drift races, circuit races. Also multiplayer.

If you take the cars to the other side of the road and repair everything, wash them and repaint them people will buy it for a higher price. Because they can see the damage, dirt and everything else in the car. So actually fully repairing them will make it so that you can sell at the price you want
