Hi there,great vid.When I removed dipstick air had built up and then released. My question is I tried to blow through the vent hose and could only do so if dipstick was removed.Is this normal? Thanks. Joe.

take a look at your spark plug to see if is wet if not probably the idle circuit/jet is clog take a look at the compression too,may be bent valve or wrong valve seat

yep spark plug is wet and we have good compression. cud there be an electrical fault?

I have a little different clutch on my 110 but I put the lock nut on then the washer then the nut and I'll kick start it but every time I put it in gear the nut backs off.. Suggestions

On mine the cam gear is hard to spin, it doesn't spin freely and seems to get too hard for starter to spin

black/red and blue/white from stator to cdi, black and yellow and green from cdi to coil coil to spark plug yellow and white from stator only used to charge battery/ run lights green from stator goes straight to ground black and white from cdi can be grounded to kill the bike ensure this wire isn't grounded if you have no spark

Hello! I have been constantly trying different ways of opening the gold-cover with two long holes after opening the first cover with the bike’s logo on. I have no idea of how to fix the oilleak behind it if I cannot open this cover first. I tried taking off the screw and dragging it out - no result. I tried knocking on it while pushing it out from the side with a tool - no result. I tried several ways with no result. It seems to be literally glued like hell tonits place and no matter what i do, i cannot take the cover off. Please help me!

at about 942 u skipped the most important part for me ughhh but anyways idk were to go for help but i did a top end rebuild and now when i tighten down my topend nuts to tight the flywheel seems like its hitting something even though its not touching anything then the engine makes a ticking noise but when i lossen the top end nuts really loose so the topend is not compressed there is no flywheel problem omg helpp!! lol pls thank u

Hey I recently cracked my left crankcase so I replaced it but once I finished the motor and put it on the bike I realized that my clutch didn't have full range of motion. When I found this out I stopped and didn't put oil in it. Could this be because the clutch has no oil (and it's a wet clutch off a 110cc pit bike) or could I have screwed up during the crankcase swap. Thanks for your help!

might be a bit late now but it sounds to me like your timing is way out, the hitting feeling your getting is your valves hitting your piston... Google re setting your timing im 90% sure that is/was your problem from what you said

You Installed the rings wrong man, I did that the first time as well. Had to ordered new rings and installed them correctly, now runs like a champ! If you need to know the the order of the rings, go to trailbikes website and in the tech section they have the order in which they should be installed. Your going to make mistakes, so learn from them.

any one with a 125 pitbike that's engine is screwed , put a Honda 90 engine in it there 4 stoke and have a 3 speed semi automatic gearbox it fits right in perfict , you might have to modify the airbreather slight but otherwise its fits perfict , I was on one to night with the Honda 90 engine and it can really shift , if u buy Chinese built stuff u are buying scrap

Bueno mi idea es la siguiente si vas a atesar la tuerca que sostiene el embrague no le metas un destornillador, porque de esa forma se parten los dientes de los piñones, modestia aparte me paso en con mi moto biz 100 por suerte encontre el respuesto que ya no viene para ella sino para la wave 115, antes de comprar el repuesto la arme a si pero quedo con un ruido que parecia como golpe de biela. Espero sirva de algo un abrazo.

On my 107cc engine: One time out of my entire ride career with this bike; I have accidentally changed gears without engaging on the clutch from a small distraction on the road. It'll still torch until that I have switched into a next gear. The piston will then have lost its torch onto its 'gear shaft'. (If I stand that my theory is correct on that.) Because that- I am still able to switch gears; but I will only feel 4% of the engines torch out of the 100%'s revving. (Have something like a chain has come off with inside of the engine?)
