How is this an employee owned company if the employee's have no vote on what happens within the company? Its just a profit share company not an employee owned company using a con to not pay the employees saying their responsible for the company success no success no more money? How is this employee owned when you own something you have a say in how its run,no say no owner ship period

Antoine Finch An ESOP is traditionally set up as a long term retirement plan for the employees. It allows for a more rewarding benefits package and retirement plan in return for loyal years of service to the company. However, there is still a hierarchy in place and the day-to-day operations do not change much. Hence, our employees are also not individually responsible for paying for their own work supplies, equipment, and other materials they need for their job out-of-pocket. We do still have a lot of structure in place for our employees’ opinions to be heard - we hold regular Driver Issues Meetings all drivers are invited to attend and can make suggestions on how to improve the company and we have an “Employee Suggestion Plan” in place where any employee can submit an idea for management to consider and review.
