We have both been cheated on and we have both cheated so we know what it's like from both sides. It is obviously devastating to be cheated on but better to know than not to. This is a really good topic. Personally I was cheated on last year after dating for like one year. I found out through intuition, you know women intuition will always tell you when it's happening and once I was so sure that he was really cheating, I made sure that he knew that I had found out about his infidelity and I Left and Never looked back coz I know I deserve better.

I think being with a guy who says that gaining significant weight is a deal-breaker for them is a ticking time bomb. I agree with Murugi that we have little control over our hormones and many of us women struggle with rapid/random weight gain. This affects how we see ourselves. It will be a daunting feeling constantly watching your physiological changes in order to keep your man. Life is too short to spend it worrying over your man leaving you. I think the lady should find someone who loves her for who she is on the inside not the outside.

Allow someone the chance to be human, conditional love and especially one based on the physical aspects of someone is really unattainable. Life happens, from hormones, stress, sickness, depression and even joy can cause someone to gain weight. If you're with someone for that long, accord them some grace at least.
