Feel free to email me with a few options that you find and I would be happy to help you hone in to a provider from there. Dr. B

Do you know of an expert on trigeminal neuralgia in Mexico City? Maybe a chiropractor?

We can only suggest, for Upper cervical Chiropractic, to try UCREFERRAL.COM or UpperCervicalCare.com Hope this helps?!

@@user-zk8ck3my3l They don't really claim to be all they do is try to get rid of the impediments to your body's own healing potential. If our bodies didn't produce toxic disease we wouldn't need experts in it.

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in response. Everyone is different. Our recommendation would be to see who is in your region at www.ucreferral.com or www.icauppercervical.com After you have 1 or 2 options, email Dr. Bulow at drbulow@reviveucc.com and he can give you his advice on which would be best. Information regarding trigeminal neuralgia is not accurate. See a neurologist first. Classic trigeminal neuralgia is a disorder characterized by recurrent unilateral brief electric shock-like pains abrupt in onset and termination limited to the distribution of the trigeminal nerve. The maxillary and mandibular branches are most often affected. The sharp or electrical paroxysms last seconds to minutes and may occur in rapid succession. Painful attacks may be followed by a brief refractory period. The pain is often triggered by innocuous stimuli (eg, a simple touch, washing, or shaving the skin) or simple facial movements (eg, eating, drinking, smiling or talking). In some cases, the pain can be triggered by other sensory stimuli, such as bright lights, particular tastes, and loud noises. Over time the attacks can become more frequent and disabling.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sure Dr. Bulow would be curious as to what parts of the video are inaccurate, as it appears that what you are saying here is not in conflict with what he is saying here. Sometimes clinicians have insights in to how these conditions work "in real life" etc. Either way, we hope that this video brings value to those looking for help. PS: Dr. Bulow works closely with a TN neurosurgeon in Pittsburgh, and both would agree that anyone with TN should see a neurologist to rule out medical causes to TN. This video is especially for those that have already been to the neurologist, and are faced with a lifetime of medications, or the potential for surgery, and are looking for alternative forms of management. All the best, The Revive Team

While it is not a replacement for neck realignment, it certainly works well in conjunction with it. We encourage some of our patients to undergo prolotherapy for sure. Thanks for the insight and comment!

Absolutely. The body is a complex organism, as as a result, will very often not fit a text book description for any given condition.
