Hospitals are like jails for people who don’t know how to feed their bodies. Just as jails fail to seize opportunities to teach people better ways to resolve life issues, hospitals routinely fail to seize every opportunity to feed humanity laying in their beds.

just moved to a new town that doesn't do takeouts deliveries, so decided this is the best time to change to a wfpbd. its so easy to lose weight now and i have plenty of fruit and veges in the garden. thanks dr greger, for keeping my inspiration levels high.
