That's great news, I was hoping mine was just a manufacturing defect and other weren't affected by it. I have since purchased a mirrorless camera rather than just using my phone and gopro so I may be in the market again for a gimbal. Would just prefer one with a better app rather than using third party apps

very nice review thanks for that i have a question, when you attach the phone to the gimbal do you need the app to control the buttons ? I said that because I really like this gimbal but want to make sure it works with filmic pro app

Hi Orex, great question, you only need the app to use the side wheel and the start/stop button, all of the other standard gimbal functions do not require the app. cheers, John

Hi For a half hour review, I think you should have really learnt how to use the gimbal a little better before posting up this video. Luckily I purchased my G6 plus based on other reviews. This would have put me off buying it, but good to let others know there are issues with this product and has a terrible app.
