Everything depends on the way you look at things. TWebUpdate is one of +/- 600 components in TMS VCL UI Pack www.tmssoftware.com/site/tmsvcluipack.asp, so TWebUpdate cost is approx. 0.5EUR and for this price is also included one year technical assistance by our experts.

Requirement for service applications is that the service application will stop itself right before it will be updated and is then manually restarted. TWebUpdate itself cannot stop or start the service itself.
