Nicely done! The one change I would make would be to take a bit of laundry room and master bedroom closet and create a half-bath off the entry hall.

This is a very comfortable and cozy home. I like the layout. Two items on my wish list is a) to mount the microbewave over the stove which is an easier height for regular use and cleaning (for adults at least). B: I think a home of this size could manage with a stackable washer/dryer in a small closet which might free up space for a small ensuite bath for the master bedroom. I like the wood grain/white two toned kitchen and the entry space for coats and boots etc when it’s not very clement outside. Very serviceable and tidy design!

This is a good one! I like that there is actual storage in the bathroom and no weird tub! I didn’t see a pantry but I did see other storage spaces that could be commandeered. I would prefer my microwave above the stove but that’s just a personalization. Since the living area is open to the kitchen, it feels very spacious and allows for different furniture placement. Good job!

A lovely design indeed. There is only one change I would make in defference to our climate. I would put up a wall behind the Chesterfield witha door from the entry into the main room. We deal with temperatures as extreme as -40 in winter and +40 in summer. Those extremes do have to factor into a design. That said, this house has one of the best kitchens I have seen in a small house. This one works well. It would be easy to cook in. Well done indeed. I kniw others have talked about a smaller laundry room. Again, in deference to our climate, I prefer full sized machines. Stackable units cannot hamdle a large and heavy comforter, which means going to a laundromat to was them. Id sooner have the bigger machines at home.

I would move the toilet in main bath to under the window & put a door from the master bedroom. I’d add a toilet & sink into the laundry room for guests. Tight, but doable. I really like this house. It’s a little too small for me, but oh so close. 👍🌞🌟🦋
