LOVE THIS LITTLE HOME, PORCH, and COAT/ BOOT BENCH AT ENTRY IS PERFECT FOR COLD WEATHER CLIMATES! Most home in Europe, you do not walk directly into the living room. Perfect!!

Love the design that puts a pocket door for entryway keeping the cold outside. Great to see a pantry in the kitchen. Not liking the ountertop stove on the island would go with sink instead. Forget the hugh range hood I go for induction countertop with confection microwave overhead.👍👍👏✅💯😎😍 Otherwise great job 🎉

The exterior is sufficiently pleasing, and the entry hall is great! The living room has the obligatory fireplace and neck-straining TV above, but at least this screen is angled downward. I'd replace them with an entertainment center, but that's just my personal preference. I consider a cooktop at a seating counter to be dangerous, but I know some insist that a sink must be at a window. I'd swap them for safety, and also avoid the visual distraction of the extractor hood. The bathroom is quite functional, and I'd look to insert a powder room off the entry hall, perhaps stealing a bit of space from the large laundry room. There's good storage throughout, and the corner pantry helps to alleviate the shortage of upper cabinets. Overall, a good plan with options to customize.

I love the house, although I would swap the kitchen and living room, but that's my choice of course! I would like that so that the living room would be a little more spacious. This way I would have room for the son to place a desk where he could work. That is more comfortable, he has to be nearby because we both have to take medication every few hours and this way we can remind each other if one of us forgets + if he has to ask something (or vice versa), this could also be because of his work , I'm close. So ideal! And I would choose sliding doors but again, that is a personal choice of course. Thanks and all the best for 2024 from Pinkie, with love

I love it except the W/D is in the center of the house where the dryer cannot vent externally. I’d prefer an additional half bath at least for a two bedroom.

One thing that seems to be consistently missing is a place for the utilities (water heater, HVAC, etc.). For instance, where does the dryer vent exit as the laundry is an interior room?

This is my perfect home design. Only thing I would change is in the bathroom, take out the bath and put a big shower cubicle in instead. Other than that I absolutely love it.

One bathroom is never enough! Hate the stove top on the island. Love the pocket door separating entry from the living space. While "mudroom" unit is functional, it is unattractive and belongs at the back of the house!
