This is ABSOLUTELY Amazing the only thing I would add is a big porch for the front and back yard to sit on during the Autumn days and night even when it rains 😊

In my mind, I put the laundry room on one side and the pantry on the other in the room behind the Garage.

@Ace-Of-Spades--- We did a two story addiction behind our garage when we moved in here 30+ years ago. The bottom floor is my shop (18×20). The second floor was our mother-in-law suite. It's hard to give that up!

I love having the bench and place to put wet clothes and boots so they don’t track up the house. I like the window seat, you have lots of seating or you could lay down and sleep!

I love the ceiling beams. Nice touches can be added to them via ladder to reach them. I also love the master bath and the master bedroom. The open floor space for the kitchen and livingroom allows conversation between a meal preparer and people relaxing on the couch or window seat. I like the garage with the seat and storage. This house is amazing inside and out. It is built to withstand extreme temps so perfect for where I live. I am definitely saving this one to my playlist! Well done Jasper.

Nice layout, but I would make this home wider thus giving myself a doorway to get out the back with a deck. Put the laundry room back there making it bigger.

Love this house. One change, my feet would not touch the floor on that seating at the window. I would lover it, and add more shallow 2-3 longer drawers

The garage needs a door to provide the code-required second egress. The front entry could be made flush with the face of the house to make room for an entry hall with a place for coats and footwear. The kitchen counter and cabinet space is quite limited.

@@jaspertran8016 My suggestions may not be important to others, and the second egress is a slip-up that you don't usually make and is easily corrected by adding a door. The plan has its appeal!

I like the window seat and its shelves in the living room. The first bedroom looks a bit too short with too little space between the end of the bed and the wall. I like the closet doors. I am not fond of the bathtub in a small house, particularly with a large window in front of it. A large shower is preferable.

Not a fan of the laundry in the garage and never behind louvered doors. Kitchen storage space comes up short. Bedrooms are about 10 sq ft too small. Beth rooms are fine as is closet space and living room. Not a bad home but although it has the open floor plan I’m looking for, this home would not be my fittest choice at all. Needs a front covered porch and an even larger one out back but how would it be accessible?

Is that door between car/garage an autoclose fire door? I like the color & material choices. I don't need a dining table so I would prcountcounter seating. Add a deck/patio to the back with a 4-season room. This is almost perfect already though. 😊

Why is the entryway furniture in the garage? I would not expect my guests to come in through the garage. Coming in the front door, where will they hang their coats and take off their boots?

When building, you can deepen and widen the niche of the front door by a few centimetres and at the same time move the front door forward so that it is flush with the front of the house. This way, you can quickly create a small hallway without having to make any major changes to the plan. After all, you only need space for visitors' jackets and shoes; you're more likely to use the checkroom in the garage if you travel a lot by car or bike. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It's nice to have a garage, however, it looks like you have the "front hall" closet located in the garage. No one want to hang up coats and boots in a cold or too hot garage - plus the bugs! Also, the proportions on certain items look totally off, for example, that's a mighty skinny refrigerator! But overall, I like the house. Keep the garages coming!!

That large of a window seat in the LR is not really functional for day to day living. No one will want to be leaning against the glass.

Not my style, don't like walking in front door to kitchen/dinning room. Living room window seat takes up to much room that could be used for actual furniture. As is, makes furniture placement awkward.

A HUGE window in the shower???? Not to my liking!! The second bathroom needs a sliding glass shower door. The shower curtain makes the room look smaller.
