Sq footage normally only indicates actual house - no porch, nomgarage, no basement. I like knowing the total but please also include sq ft just of the house. Garage should be listed separately because there is the option to go w 1 car,2 or more.

I don’t know which award this design won, but the accolade is well deserved! This is a great home. One in which I already feel comfortable and cozy. The sun room is superb as is the main bedroom. More subtle details like the well laid out two-tone kitchen did not go unnoticed. I’ll never tire of wood accents in a family home.

This design is just lovely. To me, everything is laid out so well. Plenty of room to gather and entertain as well as quiet and more private spaces. The bedrooms are especially well decorated. Classy and comfortable with a whimsical child's bedroom. Always welcomed bathroom space. The kitties will love the sunroom and there a few discrete spaces for the pet box. Spacious garage. Just love it.

I love that it is NOT an 'open concept' living room, dining room, and kitchen. It does need more storage, though, and the main bathroom needs a tub/shower combo.

Beautiful floor plan. Love that it is not that darn open concept 🤮. Great space utilization. Cannot say enough nice things about this home! I am 79, fully ambulatory and with wider door openings to facilitate a wheel chair, if ever necessary this could be a perfect forever home, to age in place, for my husband and I.

@@donnydoit7678 Construction costs differ from location to location due to variations in geology, tax regimes, transport costs, availability of building materials and labor, and so much more. The only way to know what costs work for your area is to purchase the architectural plan and give it to a quantity surveyor in your area who can create for you a Bill of quantities. Are you able to take that important first step?

Wow, this is stunning. Beautifully decorated. Very elegant. I just wish for a real fireplace instead of a gas one. Back to the amazement, I cannot believe it has an office, a laundry, a pantry, a sunroom, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. And ALL on one floor and let's not forget the wrap-around porch. I would buy this for my daughter as a starter home.

The ceilings are FAB. The slatted wood is stunning. Makes everything. GOD I love this home. Waiting for painters and crew to finish the painting etc. on the one I'm in, then I'M OUTA HERE. My son in law (an engineer) is overseeing the build on the new one. I'm jumping up and down. I have a meeting with the landscapers. I already met with the pool people. My daughter just keeps laughing. My granddaughter and my great grandchildren are going to have a blast. Gotta go.

Mostly like the design. Need a broom closet, linen closet and furnace room. Would not have a walk in closet to make room in garage hallway for a wall of more storage. Need walk through pantry (for unloading groceries) and easier way to laundry room from kitchen. Would extend garage to the right in order to have an entry from the front of garage and a door to the back yard.

SOLD to an AMERICAN..!!..omg..LOVE it..i mean i LOOOOVE it..and "I" am a real picky btch..it HAS a PANTRY..AND a separate utility rm..i like that in the master the walk-in ISN'T on the other side of the bthrm..i can't stand when you have to walk through the bath to get to the walk in..and the closet is decent sized and well appointed..the sun room is wonderful..love the window styling..lovin' the porch..and it's all one level..easy to "age" in...and gas stove..also i LOVE the fire place..MUST have for me in a home..well done !!

Best floor plan I've see in a while... I'd like it a little bigger as I have a 2acre plot I can take a slightly Larger Home with bigger rooms...BUT the floor plan works...Love the lay out...need to work on special lighting those corridors will be dark otherwise!... and i'd like a pocket door...giving more privacy to the two guest rooms when accessing the bathroom...of course I'd prefer all en-suits !!

I love this home design. It's got a lot of things that I love. Only thing I would charge is the stove, as I perfer smooth top electric stoves. How is a person supposed to get into that one bathtub? The sides look way too high for someone to get over. I know I couldn't at my age and besides I love showers. Easy to get iinto. . God bless.

I think the pantry should have a door in the hallway leading directly to the garage. If you have your groceries in the car you need to walk around the whole pantry and through the kitchen to put stuff into it, with possibly dirty/wet shoes. The door from the house to the garage is in a good position to pass by the cars and get into the hallway. As a german i am not familiar with walk in wardrobes. To me this seems really a lot of space used up. What about (looking onto the layout as presented at 10:00) making the lower half of the wardrobe area a hallway, and extend the pantry upwards to the former wall of the wardrobe. Then there could be a door from the pantry pointing right hand to the garage allowing direct access, a very short path. The hallway would then go around the pantry.
