Very nice! My only personal modifications would include squeezing in a powder room somewhere and removing the wall between the living room and dining space. And, adding a screened in back porch.

I love these houses. I am always curious about the lack of cupboards for vacuum cleaners, brooms and buckets, no obvious heating source and the tiny tiny clothing spaces, I think the kitchen in this design is exceptional (lots of space). I am from Australia and this would be a great design apart from the above mentioned. Just wondering as I do watch these a lot.

I like the layout of this one the best, if all of them that I have seen you do! Kitchen is pretty well laid out, with plenty of storage including what could be a pantry. There are only two adjustI would make. A definite door on the linen closet in the bathroom, which is a small one. The only big adjustment I would make is taking out the corner cabinet in the living room and once again, put in an efficient wood stove. Really like this one though! Can see putting in a porch swing on the one side of the covered porch! ☺️

How is the dryer vented? I thought a washer and dryer needed to be on an exterior wall for that reason. Lovely house. I prefer to have a plan which includes another bathroom.

True, a shorter dryer vent is better, though there are now ventless dryers. I agree that houses with two or more bedrooms should have more than one bathroom/toilet. The laundry area could be reduced to a laundry closet, and a powder room inserted that could be accessed from the front entry.
