Love this beautiful cabin home! Would love it as a weekend retreat cabin up in the mountains as well. Unfortunately, I'd never want to go home. LOL

Wall between dining and living could be made a pony wall for more open floor plan, which I like. Leave it full for more divided space. Love this plan. Like the idea of bigger porches. Easy fix.

The kitchen/dining area is my favorite room. I like the fact the living room is its own space. Great job!

This is the perfect starter home for a single person. The second bedroom could serve as the home owners home office, or it would make a nice guest bedroom. Either way, it is a lovely home for a single person starting out! I did notice that the kitchen had a decent amount of cabinets, and it also seems spaceous enough as an eat-in kitchen as well! Hopefully, those wardrobe cabinets suffice the owners' clothing storage, because they are quite small as is the bedrooms for any dressers! It also has a quaint little porch! Other than that, it is a darlin house!

Good layout in farmhouse style by dividing living area from kitchen. I like that.

This is the perfect starter home the only three things I would change for my personal viewing is I would make both porches much bigger and take out the tub in the master bedroom and make it a huge shower other than that this house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS 🥰

Although, having a tub for when you’re needing a tub rim for injuries (especially legs, ankles and feet) they are nice to have! A grab bar, a bench seat and handheld sprayer would be a must have on my list now. One extreme injury is all it takes to realize the priceless gift of a tub!

@@ramonarichardson7904😅 my extreme injury would come in trying to get in & out of a tub. No thanks, a hot shower is good for me.

Agreed. A house this small, the tub is wasted space. Make it handicapped accessible(it really does take one fall)even if you don’t need it right now. Both doors need storm or screen

Yeah, a wraparound porch would be better really. If this is an empty nester downsize then shower would be best option. Easy mods I think.

@@nancybretton2289 The guest bath has a walk in shower that only needs a seat and handrails. We have a similar setup in our current home. Master has a garden tub that we both love and guest bath has a walk-in shower with rails and seat. Perfect for us seniors

Can utilize some color in the laundry room (tile, backsplash, etc) Also in baths. Perhaps 1 wood accent wall in each bdrm, add color with drywall etc. Use of pocket doors where appropriate might open up floor plan also. Cute back porch☺️

Swap the positions of the sink and stove, use the common wall between the kitchen and laundry for water, then put an opening over the sink for a view and light "borrowed" from the laundry area. More storage in the bathrooms. Back porch should be screened in.

There can be no doubt that this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of making bad investing decisions that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I continued to invest, but I wasn't sure if I should start saving for a house. I ultimately had to sell everything I owned since the house required more upkeep than I had anticipated. I'm not sure how long I can continue in this manner

It's true. I was able to diversify my portfolio across many markets with the help of a financial planner, and the outcome was a net profit of over 400k from high dividend yield bonds, exchange-traded funds, and stocks. It is imperative that you have a variety of experiences, especially with well-known, profitable companies

Okay, so where can i locate a reliable financial planner? I have no trouble finding out the expert who assisted you. In two years, I'll be retiring, and I could need guidance managing my possessions. Not ready to take a chance.

I like this floor plan, but the living room is too small. People on the couch would have to look sideways to watch TV with this set-up. I would get rid of the fireplace. Also, I would put cupboards above the stove.

I think most people would stretch out on the couch to watch TV. It is a small 2 bedroom house & not meant for a family of 5.

I don't like that the only area for a coach is facing the windows. Ĥow is one supposed to look at tv with your neck twisted to the side and not straight ahead at the tv, that would not be comfortable. There is no other feasible placement for the couch that is in the direction for viewing straight ahead. Also, only having one bathroom and no 3rd bd is a no-go for me! The tiny porches are cute as well as I do love the timber on the porches. My husband and I built a Timber Frame home ourselves in the early 90s. All exposed beams inside and out. Inside had a 22 pitch cathedral all exposed.beams and tung and groove ceiling in the living area with upstairs bedrooms with a full loft overlooking the living room down below. We were just starting out and it two was a 2bd, 2ba. Had it been a 3bd. 2ba we would have never sold it. Most people have one or more children as well as needing an extra room for an office. A two bedroom is just not practical. We never had a family and now well in our 60s we find it necessary to have a 3bd. A master suite, office and a guest bedroom. Also aleast two full bathrooms, one for guest, master in suite bath and a half bath off kitchen or close to livingroom for guest.
