A really lovely and comfortable home. Well done indeed. There are only 2 small changes i would make. The first would be to fill the opening from entry to living room amd have a glass door to form a vestibule. The second would be to build a back kitchen outside the back door, again creating a vestibule. In my climate a vestibule is necessary for both comfort and energy efficiency. Air locks also provide a way to keep my beagles from escaping. Aside from that, this house is as close to perfect as a snall house can get.

Absolutely Love that it's all on one level - great for an older person like me - a very comfy and inviting home to come home to. Maybe abit more storage space? Also a slightly shorter island in the kitchen? Any possibility of incorporating a small wood burning stove into the design? Having lived in some Really cold and snowy places - these do come in handy! Otherwise a super design! Thanks! 🇨🇦☮️💙🌹

The island is a better place. Microwaves over the stove have a weak extractor fan, and taking boiling hot food out at eye level scares me a little.

Lovely house. Very well thought out. The only thing wrong for me is that there isn’t a bath tub in at least one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

Love your designs of coarse we all have our ideas . What about wrapping the front porch to the right side and open the windows on the dining room to sliders . Close to the kitchen .

I like the floor plan but I think I'd get rid of the stairs out the back door and put a covered deck with stairs. That way you could put a table and chairs out there and eat on the back deck.

I would move straight in here. A separate entrance area for jackets and shoes is always great. And the kitchen lives up to its name in terms of size and layout. Where are the keys? ❤

I would switch the refrigerator with the coffee station. Is the house dark? It seems like a lot of lighting for how small it is. Under mounted sinks are easier to clean the area. Few changes, but great little home!!!!🌟🥰

Rats! I really like the exterior, and the bedrooms, baths, and laundry are great, but I can't handle an open floor plan. It's too visually chaotic for me. That part of the house would have to be extensively reworked.

I like these ideas but a lot of these house designs have kitchen/dinning room open to the living room? It can be distracting. Your cottages are beautiful!!!! I have 4 that I love the only one thing I don’t like is the ceilings seem very low. I want vaulted ceilings with a bare minimum of 9ft throughout. Vaulted in the main living areas, is this possible on your plans?

This is a good plan, and it checks all my boxes! The front bedroom has a small closet, but there appears to be a closet in the hall that they could use. The kitchen has adequate counter and cabinet space, and there appears to be a pantry or storage closet next to the back door for added space. Well done!
