My biggest complaint about tiny homes is the entryway and lack of storage in the kitchen. This design is PERFECTION!! Lots of storage, you've got space to enter the home and tuck away coats/shoes and the pantry is wonderful. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this home!

Love the pantry with counters where you can set things down while working. Love the laundry between bedrooms & bathrooms, & good door placement. Great kitchen placement -- handy, but not what you first see when coming in. Love having a bathtub in the master, but also need one for kiddos or guests in the other room. I love how a llyou always have a back deck/porch off of kitchen/dining.

Yes, computer. Best graft out there. There are a lot of them. This is one of my favorite !! Wish they put on a greenhouse and mud rooms that can hold four or five guest coming in without running into the couch. Most of the plans, I get a lot of good ideas from.

This is a very spacious house! That has to be the most elaborate entry of any plan I've seen, and I like it! Storage abounds, and there's also a pantry off the kitchen and a big laundry room. I can't find any nits to pick with this one - you've included everything I look for. It's a quality professional plan.

Sweet and charming , but would have liked to have seen a longer porch on the back and a fireplace in the living room! A house/cottage without a fireplace is like a human without a soul. Love the gables though and the back entrance and mudroom are perfect, thanks~

A really, really well thought out design. Just about the 1st time I haven't found anything structural to tweak in a tour of a potential fantasy home. This is a very practical, well proportioned, and storage-rich configuration with great extras like that super area off the entry foyer, a separate pantry & laundry room, small but perfect master en suite with a bathtub, and amazing storage in the 2nd bedroom closet. Other than some decor and fittings changes, I would love to live here. A+ to the designer of this house.

Very nice!! I would probably want to use the entry room as an office and use the little nook beside the front door for coats, but that’s simply a personal preference. The layout itself is very functional!

My one complaint with most of these plans is the lack of a built-in microwave. Many have limited counter space and a microwave is a BIG appliance. Would love to see more plans with the microwave over the cooktop/stove.

Love the design of this house. For warmer climates, as South Africa, I would put the laundry room in the space of the extra change room at the entrance. As for the gained room of the laundry room, one could use it as a study or a kids room with double bunk beds. Further enclose the backporch and use it as an outdoor dining area.

Has anyone else noticed how very few of these videos selling house plans include space for mechanicals? Where do you put the furnace, hot water, etc?

It's possible to build one of these houses with a heat pump and on-demand hot water, neither of which require much interior space, but those are not what some of us would choose. The other thing absent in almost all plans is a cellar. Where I live in northeastern US, almost all houses have cellars, and that's where the heating and hot water mechanicals are located.

I love everything about the design... _except_ the open floor plan. To me, it's architectural laziness. A dine-in kitchen is ok with me l as long as the living room is separate. I'd need a rework. All the other rooms are just fine.

IMO these are computer renderings. There's never a reflection in any mirror or a shadow. There is NEVER a drain in ANY Shower!! All the fixtures are basically the same. It's really just to show the floor plan. I usually just skip straight to the plans and avoid the "magazine" look.

The utility room is in the wrong place I would split up the space and make the entrance to the master bedroom opposite from the second bedroom and I would use the mud room for also the laundry room that would make up the difference in the space

very cute, just don't understand the placement of some of the windows--I certainly don't want a full window in my kitchen pantry, nor the front door coat closet. If I was having this house built, I would switch the bathrooms, I wouldn't want a tub in the master bath. Just the shower is fine, the tub can go in the main bath

I would not appreciate entering into the kitchen area or, in this case, alongside it. I like the pantry. I don't seen the need for so much space in the kitchen area. The bedroom with 2 beds is simply too tight for both beds. I also am now old enough to understand the need for a walk-in tub or shower in the master instead of a normal tub.
