Ayrton Steele of course TNA wasn't close to competition on WWEs level. They fired the only guys who knew how to run a wrestling company. Dutch Mantel, Savio Vega and Jim Cornette three agents who made all the good booking decisions for those years until Russo got them kicked out of power. Hogan and Bischoff ruined everything for those 3 years they were there. Terry Taylor and Russo basically ruined TNA by getting those three kicked out Dutch and Corny two of the best minds in the business also Savio who knew how to work good matches and add details to make storylines so much better.

People will know Cornette from OVW, WWE, ROH, WCW e.t.c. but to me, I will know him from TNA. He made that company pretty damn relevant. @6:27 I noticed Cornette's shot at Vince and HHH.

I love how Cornette said he was going to get the "four meanest and toughest" guys and he immediately says Christian lol When I think of tough and mean I don't think of him.

He might not be everyone's cup of tea but I am shocked he does not pull the strings at WWE. He's clearly more than good enough and is certainly experienced enough to bring back the good times.

Jim cornette is a freaking genius the ideas he's coming up with different wrestlers for different matches and also the people that he is firing for good reason. Earl hebner was a crooked referee that's a fact. All I can say is is if Jim cornette was in TNA originally instead of Jeff Jarrett the company would have been better off and they might even come close or they might be able to even beat WWE ratings. All I can say is is that Jim cornette is an icon

I wish I was rich I’d start a wrestling area and let Corney run it. He is head and shoulders ahead of the WWE . The man is a genius

The line that cornette said about promoters giving titles to their son in laws was priceless. LOL Great shot at WWE.

Wow. All my years on this earth and I finally found a good TNA segment. If any wrestling company did things like this I'd probably go back to watching Wrestling on a regular basis.

Watching old TNA/Impact just makes me wonder to myself, imagine if TNA/Impact had Tony Kahn’s money and didn’t get taken over by Hogan and Bischoff. Then they probably would’ve actually been a threat to WWE and we wouldn’t need AEW.
