Hello! I found you because I've gotten interested in more specific brewing methods and I was curious about a double extraction with my aeropress. Followed your recipe video from five years ago and it turned out amazing! And the remnants of the first strong extraction are a delicious cup on their own - very similar to a nice espresso. Ethiopian beans from Parlor worked amazingly for this. Also, just wanted to say that I perused a couple other videos and was super impressed. I watched almost your entire vlog of the coffee convention despite not being in the industry myself. You deserve a ton of subscribers. I hope you keep it up, I'll be following along! This will help my budding coffee nerdery!
