Why is Taboritsky the only one that could annex Kazakhstan

@@TankMasterGo It's the remnant of the old TNO. Before Toolbox Theory update (which was released in November 2021) every Russian unifier was able to invade Kazakhstan. Ever since Toolbox Theory was released, no Russian unifier (except Taboritsky) can invade Kazakhstan in TNO. Taboritsky is the only one who can do that, because the content for him was implemented before Toolbox Theory update and there are also countries that appear in Kazakhstan after Taboritsky's Russia collapses. If you want to interact with Kazakhstan as Russia in TNO, you need to use the submod, such as the 2WRW. However, TNO devs states that in the future interactions between Kazakhstan and Russia will be restored.

Every time I see this it reminds me how much TNO changed, what bothers me most is that I can't invade Kazakhstan and that it (for the most part) is still mostly Soviet communist. It is ridiculous that a Russian communist or socialist unifier calls the country the Soviet Union and does not at least control Kazakhstan as a puppet (if he is a communist or Soviet socialist he is after the civil war), he simply screws up a lot and takes away its meaning or canonity. to a communist Russian unifier, oh, and about pseudo-called "Empire", no way, at least the holy Russian empire can still take Kazakhstan, but all the other "empire" have nothing, they are just Russia real or rather, less than that, a bit pufff, I miss the old divided Kazakhstan and the subsequent Russian invasions, well luckily there is the Western Russia sub mod, but that one goes a little overboard (how to call it Russian megalomania?), conquer Kazakhstan by resources and the majority (even more majority in terms of ethnic Russians fleeing the warlords) and maybe you will see Moscow and the Caucasus, that's fine I can understand whether they control it or want to control it, but it's also ridiculous to think that Germany would accept that it would not open a cushion in the middle... I mean, they have Kerelia but it's not that, there is a mistake, although I understand it (it's just a pause showing the possible unifications but there is a small mistake)...

Regarding Kazakhstan: currently Kazakhstan doesn't have a full skeleton content. The devs said that in the future the interactions beetwen Russian Unifiers and Kazakhstan will return. Regarding Manchuria: Rodzaevsky at regional stage will request the control over all of Outer Manchuria west of the Amur River. Both Manchuria and Japan will accept, because this land is majority Russian and is really just a thorn for Manchuria. Rodzaevsky's Amur is the most pro-Japanese state in the whole of Russia (it's in the Japanese economic sphere from the start). Rodzaevsky will at the beginning get Blagoveshchensk from Manchuria (which he will rename to Rodzaevsk), but if Amur doesn't unify the Far East, then the Kwantung Army will be send to reconquer the region from the Russian warlord that owns it (Manchuria will get it's content in the "Creaking Wheel" update).

@@bruhmmasfk6410 In our timeline Rodzaevsky was captured by Soviet Authorities (he fled from Harbin to Shanghai, but the Soviets offered him an amnesty and a job as a journalist in one of their newspapers and Rodzaevsky returned, only to be arrested upon arrival) and was later executed for treason. In TNO Rodzaevsky profited from the collapse of the USSR and was able to establish a Fascist state in Amur with the Japanese help.
