the reseach points have been lowered yes but i found out the reseach points you get for "time played" has been halfed i got 2.5k before the update in 8 minutes now its 1.6k per 8 minutes same activity so gaijin buffed and nerfed the research without telling us AGAIN

The flame thrower fuel tank, just behind the frontal fuel tank, counts as ammo so it's a HUGE ammo rack place, + the ammo in the back of the turret.

The only thing i dislike about the flamer tanks like this one and the Crocodile is that you cant destroy engines by sending flames through the enemies engine deck. Irl a genuine tactic used when the Germans invaded a Soviet city with tanks was to drop a firebomb from above onto the emgine deck. The burning fuel would drip through the ventilation grating and burn up the engine if the crew didn't/ couldn't react. It would be cool for something similar to be modeled in War Thunder, especially considering things like radiator damage can destroy your engine over time now.

You dont know what you're talking about, russians usually have some shitass gun handling and complex armor layouts, theyre actually super thicc UwU but you have to angle them in a special way, their complex shapes with round corners make them have a permanent weakspot, this is why tanks like the IS-1 become very hard nuts to crack if you wiggle them
